Progression on abs
in a deficit so don’t want to max volume.
currently do 2 sets legs raises and 2 sets plank.
getting to 30 raises and 1 min plank. Seems silly just to do more and more.
how do I keep linear progress without doing like 5 mins plank and 300 leg raises.
