Conversation with a female coworker today. Conversation is basic, catching up on what each other has been doing. Starts to mention something that ”might be inappropriate.” Out of left field comes comments about her breast being too big now after gaining some weight. As if this is an actual problem. Imagine a guy saying, “it’s terrible, my c0ck grew to 10 inches after gaining a few pounds.” I chalk this up to an example of how women will neg themselves to get complements. Working a hybrid work schedule limits the amount of male attention. Ironically this woman is in an LTR but felt compelled to mention her new assets for outside validation. At the same time, she doesn’t want to directly comment about her breast so the conversation turns into a delicate dance of innuendoes and flirting. Made for a fun conversation. So strong was the drive for male attention that a follow up conversation was had on the drive home. If talking about her breast was not desired, then why even mention them? It was a guaranteed way to get the desired response and validation she was looking for. Ego boost achieved.

This was a rhetorical question but thanks Rollo.

“I’m feeling insecure about my body and need to hear you compliment me“ was the message.

Rather than share about a recent vacation, it went to fishing. “These new boobs are terrible, I have all this cleavage to deal with now.” “Yeah, and those heels are terrible too. They make your a$$ bump out. Can you please pass me the salt?”

I told her, “As usual If you need support, I can lend a helping hand. Or two.”

Personally I would have said let me see and I'll be the judge.

Or bring up a certain porn star breasts you like and let her know.

"A study proved that guys who are obsessed with 'boobs' associate female breasts with nurturing and are basically looking for a mommy."
