Creatine is the best supplement hands down. People think it's just a basic ass weightlifting supp but it does so much more. It's effects on cognition and mood are even more impressive.

Creatine is great but it depends on what your definition of a supplement is I suppose.

Supplement/nootropic/peptide/herbs/vitamins whatever, basically anything psychoactive or effecting the nervous system in some way.

If you are including vitamins then I disagree.

In terms of functioning, there are far more important and needed things in the body than creatine.
