Which smile is better?

In Sosuave Guide, they tell importance of smiling but is it a big smile that I show my teeth or just a small or half smile?
I added photos. Which one is better? I feel ugly when I smile with my teeth but Book says Big smile is better?
What do you guys think?

Confidence is more important. It sounds like you will feel more confident if you do the half smile. So, do that.

It's not about confidence. I always laughing in a day. Be sure i feel more ugly while laughing but I don't care.
But I am 20 and I didn't get any girl for 20 years. So I feel uncomfortable with girls. Because there isn't much girls around me. It feels like I shouldn't lose this one bla bla.

My problem isn't about confidence. I just don't know what to do with girls so i feel uncomfortable. I tried being myself and now I became a funny friend for them

There was a study showing that women rated men who weren't smiling as most attractive. Now, sociological/survey studies are flawed but this is still interesting to consider. I personally hardly ever smile (more smirking) around women and it's rare for them to them complain or bring it up. The idea that you need to be a bright and cheerful high energy humorous man isn't really accurate. Some women might like that but this is where "being yourself" is actually beneficial. I've always found the ideas of forced smiles to be asinine; if you aren't smiling naturally then just let it be.

Maybe there is such a thing as "tactical" smiling to let show your intentions and get people to open up, but I don't bother with it.
