My thoughts: OK, Chase, I see your point, treat girls as "silly and cute". But what if you are going to court with said girl, and she is about to testify to take half your money and destroy your life? Would the judge, and court, and society, treat her words as "silly and cute", or would they be on the record giving value to every word she said?"

Oh man, I really laughed out loud at this one. 100% rings true and the number is probably lower.

Later I was sitting at another bar in the same nightclub, on the upstairs level. There were two girls sitting a few seats down from me, making out with each other for a picture. I smiled and thought about how silly and cute they were.

Two women making out in a nightclub for a photo is not an example of being silly and cute, that's slutty behavior. This quote alone speaks volumes on his level of understanding and discernment.

Well, I do agree, girls are silly and cute. Except when they're not, as @BadBoy89 points out. I suppose this is somehow related to the advice to treat girls like your bratty little sister (although I'm not sure that works for me, since I don't have a little sister). In any case, I do have an appreciation for women. If you're going to desire women for whatever reason, it helps to like them. I don't have the resentment and hatred for them that a lot of guys here do. I think women are beautiful, charming, and nurturing - except when they're not.

Most 40 years old men are going to take a lot of rejections going for 25-35 year old women. They might take more no's and give up before they can find that yes. It does depend on their individual combination of looks, money, status, and personality/charisma. Getting a 5+ year age gap is impressive. The bigger the age gap, the more quality/value it takes to get it.

The realistic romantic partner for a 40 year old man is a 36-40 year old woman.
