24 year old White female has accumulated $80,000 in college debt for a BA in Business/Marketing. It seems like she's a new grad, likely a 2022 or 2023 grad.

She is unable to get a marketing job with her bachelor's degree.

She is pissed.

Is this justified? You decide.

She could use her marketing knowledge to market herself (the product) on OnlyFans. She would have to determine her own subscription price and find ways to lure in pay pigs/simps.

She has a fit body and a TikTok following already. Since she is serving sushi, she has not effectively made money off of her TikTok following.

If she hasn't monetized on TikTok, it seems unlikely she can monetize on OnlyFans.

Seems like, so far, her Bus/Mark degree didn't make a spot of difference.

Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.

It is unrealistic to think that someone can make $150,000+ in their first 2-3 years out of undergrad in a Marketing job. It might take 10+ years and an MBA to get to that salary level in a Marketing job.

Marketing jobs are also unstable. Marketing jobs come with a high risk of layoff.

If she's woke, shouldn't she want to give up that job for a diversity hire?

I’m most companies entry-level marketing positions get filled via internal transfer the EA’s and receptionists are using very involved with the marketing and hr teams and if you’re a company bunny, you’ve worked with them because marketing/sales loves youth, you’ve done trade shows, maybe slept with some of the young guys already in the org, or possibly the vp.

Guess who is getting the open slot? That’s right girlie, the hot receptionist with the AA in business, that cost her 20-30k after financial aid and possibly mommy or daddy paid.

Do not pass go…

I love how the immediate response here - which would have been mine had I read this earlier - is that she should pursue a career in OnlyFans "marketing".

Don't always be the one putting yourself out for her. Don't always be the one putting all the effort and work into the relationship. Let her, and expect her, to treat you as well as you treat her, and to improve the quality of your life.

Does she count as attractive? She's pretty regular - if skinny. She has a flipping hook nose, gentlemen.
Yes, she's a bit on the rough side in a Rachel Maddow sort of way, but in the 2nd part of her video, it seems to show a rocking figure below the waist. She doesn't seem fat in any way, and let's face it, that's 80% of the way to hot. I wouldn't kick her out of bed.

She has longer hair, which is something that Rachel Maddow doesn't have. She has some rocking abs and arms, which is very good.

There's accuracy in this. There are Executive Assistants and receptionists who have moved into Marketing roles.

There are a wide range of jobs within Marketing and not all of them get filled this way. Some Marketing jobs go to people with bachelor's and master's level degrees.

With either path and any kind of role, it is a long road to the $150,000+ salaried roles.

As a new 2022 or 2023 with limited at best experience, she's likely looking at a $40,000 - $50,000 lower level role in Marketing right now.

As a fresh grad she’s looking at an entry level position which is the ones that the ea’s would slide into. She simply cannot understand no matter where she interned she’s not going to get a mid-level job at her age and experience level.

She does have fierce competition for an entry-level marketing role. She's competing with EA's and other recent grads with internships.

1-2 internships, college projects, and a bachelor's degree is sufficient for an entry-level position but not even close to getting someone ready for a mid-level marketing role.

Serving sushi rolls is also not very relevant to a marketing role. There are some transferable skills to that with sales. I've said before that Hooters and Twin Peaks waitresses/bartenders have some transferable skills to a corporate sales role.

She should go on OnlyFans or one of those cam sites. Guarantee she'd make that money back in no time. She has to use what her mama gave her to good use...
She is like a 5...I don't find her very attractive at all.

That being said with how many simps are out there, she probably could still make a bunch of money anyway.

Even if you finished studying and finished your degree - it doesn´t prove much for a employer.

You can't do jack shyte when you start has to be trained in the job - so you are a liability and just an additional cost, and risk too hire because the employee needs to invest resources in your for you to become productive.

This obviously is why employers prefer seasonable experienced workers instead of greenhorns/freshmen.

So since you are a liability when you enter the job market for the first time you will get offered low level positions with lower pay and then you have to learn and hopefully through the years as you gain real experience climb the corporate salary ladder.

There is simply no way in hell a an employer would pay 150 K USD to a new fresh out of university student that kind of money.

So she's just something 20ish and is totally delusional and she exposes herself quite well in the video that she had ZERO experience

But is also so delusionally ignorant that she thinks her degree equal experience. LMFAO I'm dying..

How can you be so ignorant and entitled that you would jump to the to top pay grade tier directly our of school just blows my mind. This also shows the problem with people today. They do not understand the concept of you actually need to do the work and then you can later if you are doing a good job reap the benefits of your labor which takes loads of time and hard effort.

This is just sad and pitiful to watch.

Interestingly she is also so fvcking stupid that she posted this on the internet and has basically ruined both her future career in marketing and sales (and her degree lol), because every ****ing employer will see this video and se her for the huge red flag she is.

And they will know they just dodged a HUGE bullet.

She will be working for star bucks for the rest of her life (Unless she isn't fired yet for being so smart to also tell them that she HATES working for them too) paying off her debt.

Getting a degree is a form of experience but not a substitute for actual work experience in a given field.

While getting a bachelor's or even master's degree, it's common for students to take on some internships. Working in McJobs or other low wage work is common for bachelor's degree students.

None of this qualifies a person for $150,000+ or even some mid-level marketing job.

This also shows the problem with people today. They do not understand the concept of you actually need to do the work and then you can later if you are doing a good job reap the benefits of your labor which takes loads of time and hard effort.
This started with Millennials and has continued into Gen Z. Neither Millennials nor Gen Z like hearing about paying their dues.
