This wont protect you from social outcasting, which is the main consequence of allegations to begin with. You can show as many NDAs as you want, the public or friend group will not care. The woman can choose to pull away consent after the act is done and claim sexual assault or rape.
I already had my mugshot passed around on social media and lost friends over this. Social outcasting sucks, but it's not the end of the world. All it did was make me realize who is actually on my team and who isn't. I'm facing 7-14 years because allegedly I r@ped her "twice" in the same night (don't ask me how this is supposed to make sense, I don't get it either..), I'm past the point of giving a fvck what people think about me, I'm more concerned about my freedom.
If people want to believe you're a r@pist from 1 allegation without any proof then let them. You don't want those people on your team anyway. I know people talk sh!t but I haven't had a single person approach me face to face and say something, not once.
If you get accused, it's pretty simple to dismantle:
"Yep, I'm a r@pist, that's why I'm in prison right now."
"Because women never lie right?"
"Ok. Let's see what a judge says then"
I'd literally just be a smart@ss about it, or tell them to press charges if they think it's true then. Most women wont because it's just an attention grab. But honestly.. nobody will say sh!t to your face.. people will talk sh!t online/block you, but nobody has the sack to say anything to your face. Your life isn't over, you will move on, and most people will forget/won't care in a month.
But yeah, if someone isn't willing to sit down and listen to your side of the story then they were never really a friend at all and you don't need them in your life.
