15,000 in the entire county.
That's not nearly enough of a population base for a man 25+ to date effectively. I generally think that a man 25+ (generally post-college age and beyond) needs a local area population of 150,000+ to date effectively. Every area is different.
I have seen examples of men getting laid in USA counties with population sizes in the 50,000 - 99,999 range. It's not impossible, but it's more difficult.
I generally recommend men in areas under 150,000 to move to an area larger than 150,000.
I've also seen examples of areas with populations of 300,000 - 799,999 where dating was challenging.
There was a discussion in this forum in July about Albuquerque, New Mexico (area population low 700,000s) and how it might be challenging to date in Albuquerque. Albuquerque has sufficient quantity of population but would likely have quality issues for a lot of people trying to date there.
Hey, I just moved to Albuquerque NM for an internship. Does anyone know of any good places to hang out to meet people? I cant find jack here to do. If this should go in another forum, feel free to move it. I wasnt sure where to post it.
