Not stamina for erection...i mean...porn star muscles.
Is it back? Glutes for thrust? I know im lacking that...
Just want to build my body different now.
I was a runner...not skinny but not built.

Weighted vest hill climbs.
The best thing you could do, and I've done just about everything.

Get a weighted vest(I use a 60lb one), go find a moderately steep hill, do 3 sets of 10 up and down with a minute or two break in between.

You will be soaked in sweat when you are done. Do that enough and you will become an untamable beast in the bedroom.

Pull up, push up, dumbbell squat circut training for beginners.
Push, pull, legs heavy weights in circut for advanced.
Most basic to make it grow and a better hard on would be like a sumo dead left. It works the inner thigh. Then some ZMA before bed.

Upper body strength my girl likes me standing and she wraps her legs around me. While I hold her. fortunately. she weighs 115Lbs. Also. in Missionary. Need to keep upper body up at an angle, so you can angle your dvck up to push the tip into her anterior vaginal area. so you need good arms.

A few sumo squats in the bathroom right before can do wonders. It activates those muscles. Maybe get you an extra half inch, a little girth and blood flow.

Nutrition wise?
I have a kidney condition, so my 24h urine is checked every few months. Main problem with most people is too much salt in their diet and not hydrating enough.

Make your own meals (no microwave dinners et cetera), don't snack, drink plenty of water, drink coffee without milk, cut down or stop adding sugar and salt to your meals. Cut down on your portions (Americans are often amazed at the small European portions), and don't bulk food but stop when you're 80% 'full'.

Have your urine checked for deficiencies: my supplements are Magnesium citrate, Vitamine D and B12.

It's not that difficult.

Heavy leg presses, weighted squats , weighted fly squats and deadlifts. Lower body strength is boosted and free testosterone in blood rises.
