I've been on a regimen of cinnamon tea twice a day, once in morning, once in evening for about 2 months now and I can honestly say this stuff is a freaking miracle maker, I never knew all the health benefits you get from it, probably one of the most overlooked things on earth, if even half the claims made about it are true it's definitely worth your time.

Note that I mean actual cinnamon, like either using a cinnamon stick or actual ground cinnamon, don't just buy cinnamon flavored tea.

Of note as some of you may remember I struggle immensely with inflammation, this tea has completely cured me of it, has definitely changed my life. So simple yet effective.

Cinnamon is fantastic for blood sugar control as well as it's active compound has a structure very similar to insulin and the body can use it instead of insulin to shuttle glucose into cells. It's been found to upregulate this process 10x normal.

In terms of inflammation I highly recommend a Tumeric/Boswellia(brand name Boswellia) which are both highly anti-inflammatory compounds both effective in many inflammatory and arthritic conditions as well as whole flaxseed which is one of the most anti-inflammatory compounds known to man with an inflammation score of -1500.

I highly recommend the one at Barnes and Noble, it tastes sweet and there is no need to add sugar. I think its Harney and Sons.
