To be fair he was a long snapper, a highly skilled position that does one thing very well and not necessarily a great athlete.
A long snapper is not a star athlete either. Quarterbacks, wide receivers, running backs, and even some defensive players all have higher SMV based on football player status than a long snapper.

The long snapper is like the punter or the kicker in terms of status. Just kinda there.

There's not much of a SMV boost to being a college football kicker, punter, or other special teams player either while in college or post-college.

I wonder if it is better to be a more meaningful individual contributor as a college golfer, hockey player, tennis player, or swimmer/diver in terms of SMV either on campus or post college.

Football and basketball are the big two sports in college. Baseball isn't considered as major of a college sport but a college baseball player with solid MLB Draft potential will get an SMV boost. Even a college baseball player who never makes it to the minor or major leagues might get a post college SMV status boost from baseball if he's 6'0"+.

Depends where you go to school. Where I went we didn't have a football team so the big sports were basketball since we were making the March Madness tournament every year for a while and soccer where we were ranked top 5 nationally and briefly #1 for a few weeks.

I played spring semester soccer and was roommates with a guy from Brazil who played on the team and I became good friends with a lot of the players and got invited to all the parties and after game parties. Let's just say it definitely didn't hurt with getting laid.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

There is no such thing as a kickercel. Most college football kickers have enough SMV to get at least an adequate looking girlfriend.

Most kickers are in good shape. Kickers can be around 6'0"+, which helps with seducing. Below are the general guidelines for recruiting kickers to play college football.

.

If a kicker makes it to the NFL, they will get more poontang because of their NFL salary.

If a college football kicker doesn't make it to the NFL and has some job after NCAA kicking, they will likely have enough height and fitness to be competitive in the sexual marketplace.

This Auburn long snapper we are discussing was able to seduce, retain, and marry a woman who won lower level beauty pageants and was a college cheerleader. She was considered high SMV and they met at a fitness class (likely at the Auburn student gym) while both were in college and he had college football player status. That's far from an incel and even though he was a nobody on the Auburn football team, he still had a good physique at 6'3" and 222 lbs per the link below. That's not far off of the height and weight of @sangheilios .

You're correct that this is school dependent.

Schools with football teams often tend to place for emphasis on basketball. Gonzaga is one of the best examples of this.

There are schools with football programs that are rarely ever good but usually have good basketball programs. At these schools, basketball players have the highest SMV, especially the players that have the potential to earn NBA money in the future. Examples of these schools would be Kansas, Kentucky, North Carolina, Arizona, and Connecticut.

We have covered the ability for college athletes to get laid while on campus in this thread extensively. In my personal opinion, this is one of SoSuave's best threads and how @Jesse Pinkman made a name for himself on this board.
