The goal here is to let the chick bring up whatever she wants to have or what her idea is. You don't want to bring up the subject of friends with benefits or f3uck buddies.
The best way to do it is to:
1. Keep inviting her over smash-rinse-repeat
2. Don't mention anything about being interested only in s3x some chicks will realize and will go along with it, some will bring the subject up just to clear things out. If that happens just tell her
"I like what we have weekly, let's keep it at that." Don't open too many discussions unless the woman is experienced and knows what she wants. Then you can actually further discuss it.
3. Nothing wrong with going for drinks late in the night and then moving to your place to smash. Usually, it's best to do that every 2-3 weeks so they don't feel just like a piece of meat.
