DJ’s,

What are some preemptive flake signs that a girl is gonna stand you up for the date?

I’ve gotten a few numbers and i’ve texted almost all the same line “i wanna see you on …. At …. Time, come wearing those red nails”

is there a problem with this type of texting, or is it merely a lost cause from the get go?

If we are talking pre-first date, the only way you are going to notice signs of a flake coming are if you are over-texting. She will be giving very short answers to your texts or taking incredibly long amounts of time to respond. Which is why you should only be texting to set up the date before first date and leave it at that unless she begins reaching out wanting to build rapport.

After the first date, you can text a bit more within reason. But you will know a flake is coming on for really the same reasons. But you also can add in if the tenor of her communication changes. If she suddenly goes from very outgoing and engaging to barely communicating at all, you likely will be getting the "hey....I really hate to do this but I forgot I have to pick up my dry cleaning at 8:00 p.m. Saturday night when I am supposed to meet you. I am so sorry!"

The best thing any man can do is arrange first dates from in-person methods and take text messaging out of the equation.

Offer her a first date in-person and set the logistics in-person. Then collect her number and text her the details of what she agreed to in-person.

She might flake at this point, but there won't be any silly text games or uncertainty around her texting.

Phone calls and text messages are not your friends.

Behavioral changes and excuses are the key factors to examine. I think it is a good tactic to take phone calls and text messages out of the equation as much as possible. Make future plans when together in person. Set that as your frame and see if she follows the frame.

Iron Rule of Tomassi #1

Frame is everything. Always be aware of the subconscious balance of whose frame in which you are operating. Always control the Frame, but resist giving the impression that you are.

I know it might sound dumb, but if she doesn’t reply to the confirmation of date text is that considered “ghosting/flaking” as well?

Lound and clear, if i understand you right it is about setting up logistics face-to-face rather over text.

Yes. Dont double text no matter how hard it is. The silence will be all you need to know.
I won’t double text. Does it mean next or can there be a slight chance? I like the idea of setting up a date where you Usually go so if she flakes, you still have fun. That’s a nice one!

This kinda thing is so pertinent.

But I'd like to add, something that many men are clueless of that most women in general do whether they like you or not: They will often try to always flake the first date. I believe there's 2 reasons why: She wants to test h ow serious you are , and if you don't reschedule or try again she will think oh he has other options. I believe the other is just to create leverage/desire.. because women are sensitive and struggle for the power dynamic these days.. Ofc then later they find out the didn't need to cuz most men are weak as fucc lmao

It's a similar thing to women purposely ignore a few of your texts to see if you'll go batsh.t on them or if you can handle it. and thus guage that you're not crazy or the angry type or needy

In the modern age women understand they cant always find the biggest baddest dude in the wild, so they have other wayst o test a mans "mating capabilities" / partner capabilities. The truth is most women would love a boyfriend.. but most dont want the drama and heartbreak that comes with it.. but the smarter ones they have tactics thy utilize to weed out men.

To those women, the best saying is "Congratulations! You played yourself."

I will not chase after a woman who flakes on a date. My methodology is designed to weed out flakes. I make the plans in-person. If a woman wants to flake, she won't make plans in-person with me. I have no time for unserious prospects.

Dont worry about flakes. its part of the game. You should be the prize, if she flakes, its her loss

there's been a couple of people who've said that if you make plans with multiple women it somehow causes them to not flake.

Like if you have one girl for Saturday night, she's much more likely to flake than if you had two girls scheduled for Saturday night.

Yes. Last time was single, I tried it for a little while. 0 flakes.

The other side of the coin is, you consider yourself the prize so you dont worry about flakes. Its their loss.
