Haha I've never been in a ring and my ears ain't cauliflower lol. Just weird that random dudes think I wanna talk to be buddy buddy with them, like fool if you see me alone, leave me alone why talk to other males I don't get it.

Maybe you look like a cool dude to talk to. I used to have the same problem at the gym in the morning time when I went, everyone wanted to talk to me and I was like MFer I look like the least friendly person in here, I have my weighted vest on, my headphones on, I haven't said a single word to anyone and have this crazed look on my face with no expression like I'm looking through you and somehow they all thought it was a good idea to try and engage me in Convo...no idea what that was about.

Exact opposite at night, people used to give me a wide berth and actively move out of my way when they saw me coming.

Also happens to me, not the “are you a fighter” but general chit chat and questions. I don’t know why you would be offended or pissed off by it. Answer, oblige, keep it moving.

I found other men speaking to me just furthers my frame in the location. It wouldn't effect picking up girls, actually the opposite.

If it’s the fighting aspect you have issue with then maybe you come across as rough and combative, need more context to dissect this. Being personable and friendly are positive attributes my guy.

I smell self-aggrandizing post
Nah I was actually a bit insecure about it, like if I look lonely or depressed and guys are trying to "cheer" me up maybe I'm over thinking it. Just weird because it happens pretty regularly.

Lots of weird homo sh1t amongst the younger generation of dudes.

Anyone who goes to the NFL subreddit will see what I'm talking about, very weird vibes. But you also see it going about your day.

When I was in my 20's, I had dudes hit on me. That sh1t stopped for a good 20 years, but now it's happening again due to these weirdo kids. You can't even tell they're gay/bi/whatever if it wasn't for the weird vibes. Back in the day, it was obvious who was a phag. Not so much these days.

Complimenting your chest? Never heard that one before.
Are you wearing a white tank top or something?

It happens to me a lot too. Gay guys are more open now than ever. And not all of them have an obvious gay look. To me, anything that isn’t an attractive woman is an NPC and I just ignore them. I usually just look through people. I have no need for random dudes in public so it baffles me when they try to talk to me.

If you have any type of charisma, you are going to attract all sorts of people, especially low value people acting like they want something from you.

what I’ve noticed is that I’ve rarely ever seen high value guys or attractive women act like needy NPCs. These people usually stay in their own lanes and avoid low hanging fruit people.

Many men are in need of friends and a social life/social circle. Talking to random dudes in places you go is a good way to prevent having no friends or social life.

Having friends and a social life is good for your mental health and most importantly it's good for getting women.

Some people enjoy interacting and being friendly. And @devilkingx2 is absolutely correct - while we stress on this forum over meeting women, it is just as hard once you are out of college and move to a new area to find good, NORMAL guy friends. You no longer have a huge amount of men your same age with common interests being placed right next to you via school. So now it is up to you to find them for some social circle. And like it or not, the gym is typically where this can happen for men.

You both have a common interest in staying in shape. It is an icebreaker and nothing more to see if you're compatible as friends. You don't like it just be polite and move on. But maybe you go grab a beer after your workout and hit it off. Maybe you gain a wingman. Don't get so bent of shape over trivial things.

Around 12-15 minutes into his latest video AMS actually suggests chatting up random men at the bar and asking them where the good spots are at. He says they're always friendly in his experience.
