STDs are the gift that keeps on giving.I think everyone should have something they do to give back to people/humanity/society.. It just helps you feel good as a person, as well as creates ripples in the world that can lead to great change.
I'm not going to toot my own horn here.. but I contribute to charity quite often and physically go and do things to help others at least once a month. Won't get into all the specifics because it's not about me..

I gifted my good friend $1200 when his girl of 7 years, kicked him out of their house (which he contributed the mortgage for) and he had to move back home with his parents. He was a mess, I was in Miami, so just sent money so he could redecorate his room, pay his car, to have my Godchildren over and be comfortable.Hi friend.
You essentially upped your VALUE in her eyes by showing her that, if she wants you, she has to at times do things that you like to do. You are SOMETHING after all. You are NOT FREE. If she wants to hang with you, it's going to cost her something — time, effort, money.

Thanks man I appreciate it. That's definitely a great way to give back. I'm sure he really appreciates that. What a great thread.
I contribute here for altruistic reasons, I chair a family foundation that supports various charities and causes, I offer business advice to family & friends and I also assist less fortunate people in various ways.
I have a handyman who I provide free rent & in exchange he keeps an eye on properties, fixes up his place & works for me as a priority at a discounted rate. He is Native American heritage & painted his little house in tribal colors, which I normally would not allow but in giving him the freedom to do that he gets to have that place as his home. It gives him a sense of pride and investment.
There are many big and small ways we can make a meaningful difference in the life of someone else.
