They don't want to end up having to eat their cats.

Women are not choosing beta males. That article is crap.
The article may be mostly crap, but I wouldn't dismiss it entirely. Maybe you might redefine "choosing beta males" as "being stuck with them", but there might be a point here. Everywhere you look, you see manosphere guys telling women they're making the wrong choices chasing after the bad boys who will never commit to them. It's so pervasive now, you can't escape it. It's like how women became aware of pickup tactics and terminology back in the '90s/00s. Some of the smarter women are going to listen. Not all betas are losers, despite what PUAs want to tell you. There are higher value betas, everybody's on a spectrum.

They may choose them to be father's to their kids and be with them for that purpose. Once a kid enters the picture, a woman's main goal is to support and provide for that kid and the best way to do that is to choose a father who will stick around and be a positive force in helping with raising the child, not a guy who will be out partying with his friends every weekend.

Women have different wants and needs at different times of their lives, similar to them having different wants and needs base on their ovulation cycles.

A one size fits all mentality is rarely realistic in regards to women or anything else in life.

I was about to say, I’m not seeing it. If anything women are choosing to stay single than settle for less than a Chad. Orbiter collecting is still a thing but that’s about it when it comes to betas.

Women who choose "beta males" do so because they know they can control them and feel secure in their relationships.. because the "nice guy" won't do anything wrong.. he'll just provide for them , always bend to their requests, do cute **** for them, buy them gifts often, rub their feet, and let her go out with her friends every weekend.. or go on trips to places like Miami. These type of women usually wear the pants in the relationship.

When we talk about the type of women to cheat on their man, that's the kind of women we're talking about and they often feel no remorse in cheating on their beta boyfriend. The ones that get with alpha males are usually submissive to the alpha.. and vulnerable and always needy for the mans love and attention.. which is always fleeting.

There are instances where women end up with beta males. I can think of one such situation in my local area social circle where a woman in her late 20s picked a beta male, likely after failing to secure the commitment of an alpha male.

A well known example of this is YouTuber Courtney Ryan, who settled in her mid-20s with a dweebish beta male.

I remember Roosh writing an article about "The Neg Being Dead" and that women were catching on to some of the more prominent techniques from "The Game" and "Mystery Method".

First off it's a crap article from a crap website (?TWS=This is Why I'm Single?) that looks more like an ad than any kind of legit journalism.

.... and TBH all they are saying is something that's been going on since the dawn of time. At some point most women get done with chasing alphas or being used by them, and accept the concept of mating with a more controllable and more attentive man.

It's really not much different from how men tend to settle for less desirable women as our looks fade with age.

... that is unless we have that sugardaddy $$$$.;)

At the end of the day, no matter how "Alpha" you are, you will need to have beta traits to be in the picture long term. This is why the whole alpha/beta stuff is mostly nonsense.

There is no such thing as a person who is purely one or the other. All males have both traits to varying degrees. As you age and end up in long term relationships and especially have kids, your alpha traits get more muted and your beta traits become attenuated.

That's nature's way of ensuring you are properly set to care for your children properly and be a good parent. That's the truth...if you think you are going to go through your life being 100% alpha until you die you will simply find yourself old and alone.

You mean high earner, cause a guy who is high value won't act weak, or let women walk all over him, allow disrespect, needy, not being able to walk away, put her needs first every time. I was high earner but not high value cause I had the traits above.
Not all beta males allow themselves to be walked on. Being a simp is not masculine behavior. When I was growing up, men were more masculine. Obviously that has deteriorated as feminism has taken over, and the government has taken over the male role. To act with self respect was not necessarily "alpha", it was simply masculine - behavior expected from ALL men, not just top tier guys (alphas).

OP the article literally says word for word ‘trading in the alpha male of their past for a beta male’
In other words; they banged a bunch of alphas and are now looking for a beta now that they’re older. This implies women chose the alphas first and betas are getting the leftovers. Nothing new here; we all know women settle down with betas once they turn 24/25 after theyve had fun with alphas:
Please read the article properly before posting. If women were actively choosing betas over alphas, the majority of men would be getting by laid definition and there would be no incels

Sure, but 24-25 year old attractive women are absolutely not settling for betas at that age

We have to define what a beta male is. According to a lot on this forum and the manosphere, the fact I’ve got married and had kids makes me a beta male. Which I disagree with. I want a legacy and a little empire. Most leaders in history were married.

The question in marriage is do you take her frame.

As for women choosing beta males, it depends on the woman. I know plenty that could NEVER get with a strong guy as it’s a threat to their dominance. They don’t necessarily want to cheat on them (more likely).

I see tons of beautiful girls in their 20s with goofy, non masculine guys.
