One of the rationales behind food aid is that it keeps people from having to steal in order to eat and feed their families. Therefore, you the tax payer gets robbed less.
It’s not a very smart rationale. As you can see from OP’s video, if they are not stealing food, they are going to be stealing other (typically more expensive things)…like TV’s.

Take away the hand outs (for able-bodied adults, anyway) and make people work for food. If you don’t work, you don’t eat. Simple. But of course, the powers that be aren’t interested in actually solving the problem. They are more interested in giving people “aid” to make them dependent on the government (and vote for the party that advocates even more hand outs). It’s like a drug dealer handing out free drugs to get his customers hooked.

Yeah, we all pay taxes…it’s a given. Whatever it goes to is way beyond our control.

Have you ever not had food? I lived off my grandparent farmers old beans in their basement while I finished law school, so that I wouldn't be on welfare, bc I despise it as much as you do. But when you starve people, they tend to rob you. That's the point of welfare, keeping these hungry mf's off you.

But you didn’t rob anyone, did you? Which kind of proves my point. People on welfare are more likely to rob you than people who are starving. It may seem counter-intuitive (especially to someone with a left-leaning view of the world), but it’s true. Welfare creates a class of people who are permanently unemployed not because they can’t work but because they don’t want to. And those people often turn to crime (because welfare provides them with necessities but not the “nice things” that they also want).

Its not that imo.

Work needs to be put into the hands of goverment which is supposed to be for the ppl. The problem is Capitalism.

Employers are demanding too much because they need to make money. The separation of the state and capitalism is related to feudalism, inequality and other issues.

Why is equality important and capitalism bad? If you believe in objective moral values then we have to be evaluated by those values not by money. Money conflicts with values as many ppl will do anything for money, this is the capitalism system where money is all important.

Ofcourse most (95%) are happy and willing to work as long as the conditions are decent. But Capitalism will always treat workers like crap.

For men, the complaining about the handouts system is a problem because men are simply too weak to not be in the system. Just cos you are in the system and accepted it and worked hard to get a job and get money doesnt mean its a good thing. Non-involvement by men in the system is the best thing.

Ofcourse it goes without saying it is entirely the governments responsibility to ensure evry1 in society has a job and to ensure the best ppl work for the government. Our current governments have lost power because they have no expertise because capitalism hires all the best knowledge and so the government has lost all purpose.

Most jobs are easy and interchangeable, the whole competitive education system and competition for jobs is a joke of a system cos most ppl can do most jobs with some training. So why waste time with multiple job applications, filling out stupid questions, sucking up to management and playing stupid games.

The gov has to ensure every1 has a job and all jobs pay a certain amount, that social status within a nation is dependant on personal actions not just making money by any means.

The gov simply has control and the internation money system has them by the balls. Governments cannot compete with Capitalism. They have lost expertise and skills. They are a hollow-shell of what they should be.

The government has no EXPERTISE in anything, it has to pay Capitalism for all expertise, buy everything from the market. It has nothing, so it will cease to exist imo, unless it can bring things back in-house.

Its for the ppl to come together and decide what and how we eat, what and how we produce other things, how many hours we work. The ppl simply have to come together and decide what they want, and then make sure the ppl exist above capitalism and that money is subservient to the needs of the ppl not the greed of capitalism.

For that you cannot blame the poor, the destitute, the thiefs and robbers, evrything has to be blamed on those in power cos they are ones responsible for these outcomes in society not the ones without power. You blame those with wealth and power for the actions of evry1 in the system, not the ones doing the actions. Its the job of government, the rich and powerful to fix these issues otherwise why are they rich, powerful and in government?

Wal mart has the highest number of employees on federal aid. They encourage and assist employees to acquire this aid. This way they can avoid paying a living wage. F_ck wal mart. Steal some work boots and a tv.

It’s costing the taxpayers too much to call the cops.

Agree 100%. Walmart employees work full time and are still eligible for food stamps and subsidized housing to scrape by because Walmart doesn't pay a living wage. Walmart is the biggest welfare recipient in the country. Watch the documentary The High Cost of Low Prices. Fukk them.

In Walmart’s defense, there are still states that don’t even have a minimum wage law. And the US Federal government hasn’t raised the minimum wage from $7.25 / hour in 14 years. Companies don’t exist to “do the right thing” by employees, it is merely “better business practice” for those that choose to do so. It is incumbent upon labor laws to set the minimum standard. Businesses will not regulate themselves.
