This is one of the most prime days to get with a girl. Whether social or even f*cking her brains out. It is very simple:
- Locate any of the St. Patrick's Day events in your city.
- Plan your entire day of being there.
- Talk with everyone you want, both men and women.
- Either find someone to do stuff with or find where the private evening parties are going to be.
I feel like St. Patrick's Day is a lot like Halloween in terms of easiness to get laid. That means it is overhyped and overrated. Roosh wrote in 2011 how Halloween is overrrated below.
Halloween
Common Sense: It’s easier to approach since you have a costume, and girls will be extra slutty since they’re already dressed like a slut.
The Reality: Groups are too large and distractions from other costumers too frequent. She’s in the mood for constant attention reinforcement, not a long conversation that leads to sex.
St. Patrick's Day could be a lot of attention whorring and not actual whoring at the big events and a lot of the bars.
Private parties are better bets than the bars on St. Patrick's Day.
St. Patrick's Day falls on a Friday, the best day when everyone is out and drunk cause no work for the weekend. Don't fluke this up or you have to wait next year!
Cinco de Mayo is also on a Friday this year too. Cinco de Mayo is essentially St. Patrick's Day but with a Mexican theme instead of an Irish theme.

In Dallas, when St. Patrick Day's actually arrives, it's somewhat of a "meh" in the city due to the celebration before. There are 6 days this year between Dallas' biggest party event and actual St. Patrick's Day.
Based on @Jesse Pinkman's write ups of New York City, Miami, and large state universities, I thought it would be worthwhile to write up Dallas, the city I call home. The Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area (DFW) is the 4th most populated metropolitan area in the United States. Dallas and Fort...

There are probably going to be some things happening in Dallas this year on actual St. Patrick's Day, but it's still going to be more subdued because of the big festivities 6 days earlier.
Dallas' "Saturday before St. Patrick's Day" approach works better on years when St. Patrick's Day falls on a Monday or Tuesday.
