Yes, we are committed
She not a plate anymore then, she's been upgraded. Nothing wrong with that. Now why did she storm away on you? If it's only been a month you don't know her well enough to diagnose her with anything...yet lol

When she came back, I told her I was hurt by what she said and that we would be better off being non-exclusive. She ran into the room and started just bawling again. I gave it 20 mins and went into there to talk. She said she stepped out to call her sisters and after I told her that it was not good/acceptable to just walk out and leave without saying anything to your partner she agreed. I had her call her sis to give an update and now she is prepping our meal with me updating you guys on the situation.
Still do not know if she is bipolar, though…

I’ve been exclusive with a plate for about a month and the sense of her being bipolar is starting rear its head.

We’re currently traveling to an area with a storm warning and most of the restaurants are closed. We’ve spent 4 days so far on this trip. As I’m driving figuring out dinner plans, a lot of things were going in my mind and I was constantly changing the plans.

She said I don’t know Chowdah, you just choose a place. I replied with an abrasive tone
Maybe she just got fed up by your indecisiveness and fuss about dinner plans (constantly changing plans).

You are not acting like a leader and this can iritate women.

You should look up the signs of BPD and HPD and see if she matches a decent number of them.
Had not heard the term "HPD" before but the chick i was previously dating ticked a lot of them boxes

Borderline Personality Disorder(BPD):

What has she told you about her childhood? what are her relationships like with her family members? What does she say about her mom/dad? Whats her social media like?

Bipolar's experience higher highs and lower lows and the swings last longer. They define crazy.

Sounds like you're just as much if not more of the problem. That behavior was manipulative and wacky. You need to figure out what you want in life and be secure in your decisions otherwise your future relationships are gonna be bipolar, not the girls. Trying to find something wrong with the person and changing your entire mindset about them just because of a few negative qualities coming out is a really toxic trait. A lot of girls are like that who've been on the cc, which is why they end up single and miserable for the rest of their lives.

She began to tear up saying she was overwhelmed by the various change in plans.

I told her hey, it’s a bit overwhelming, and I should try to understand you better and gave her a kiss

About 10 minutes later, her mood changes as if nothing has happened. I get all women are emotional, but she hasn’t shown any signs of bipolar before. Just wanted to share and get thoughts on this before it goes t!ts up
This doesn't sound like bipolar. Just a change in mood. Bipolar 1 is defined by a Manic mood or episode or depression eppisode for a week or more, bipolar 2 is when these manic or depression episodes last for around 3 days.

She could just be moody.
