Conceptually this doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. It's reasonable to believe that the technology behind some of these coins may prove to be economically valuable, but if your hypothesis is that these cryptos will appreciate in value because of that economic viability seems flawed. If you believe in the tech, it makes more sense to invest directly in the entities creating the tech, or the companies investing in the companies creating the tech.
Be wary of crypto, it's full of buzzwords and mostly built on the backs of millennials who don't know as much as they want to think they do. AI focused ETFs seem like a better risk tradeoff at this juncture.
Overall I'm skeptical of the idea that the big banking entities/central banks will adopt existing Blockchain/AI tech, but rather they'll build out proprietary models or partner with entities not represented on that list.
