Is 2 and a half hours too long of a distance to have a relationship?

She kicked you out bro. Man up and find a better girl.
The hard truth. OP doesn't seem ready to hear it tho. He is going to need to have this woman rip his heart out first and stomp on it while laughing.

OP, you have dated this woman for 7 years. Far too long without moving to the next phase. She knows you aren't it. She just is having problems finally separating herself from you.

Telling you to move out was the first step. You are wasting her time. She knows it. She is finally going to do soemthign about it.

Not a fan of this POV. Putting women on the pedestal like that isn’t good

Has nothing to do with a pedestal. Has to do with how relationship dynamics work. You wouldn't understand that because you don't stay with a woman long enough to have experienced them.

There comes a time, that if you choose to be with a woman past a certain point they are expecting you will marry them. If that doesn't happen, you simply become a time waster. Women don't date guys to continue dating them forever. They date guys to eventually marry them.

That's just how it is. Like it, don't like it, it doesn't matter. I don't make the rules.

I understand why women want it. Doesn’t mean she won’t stop fvcking the guys who turn her on while married tho

She told me she doesn't wanna break up but she wants me out. She thinks us having our own places will better our relationship. For the first 3 years we lived in our own places and it was fantastic. I'm not sure though if she's just saying this just to get me out and then she will ghost
I’m sorry to tell you but from experience, this is it. The distance is not the killer, I did 2.5 hours a summer for two years in college. We found ways to make it work. The fact she kicked out is the end. You will be fine. Trust me it’s always darkest before the dawn.

You have not found a better girl...yet

If its something you want, if its not outside the realm of possibility, you just cant give up.

Agreed. The OP I think is talking about immediately or a short time afterwards thought. I'm still waiting like 9 years and counting.

It's done op, ****s hard. Rip the band aid off, she's going to slowly peel it away anyways and that will hurt even more and take longer. She will toy with your emotions, her words are incongruent with her actions, there is a dissonance. End it and walk away with your self respect. 7 years is a long time and we don't know the full story...but this sounds kaput. Stay strong brother, focus on yourself, build yourself up, find new girls and enjoy new found freedom.

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.

Ok here's what I'm facing. I truly believe that my girlfriend is a good chick. I've never caught her cheating and she truly is a good person with a big heart. A rare find nowadays. I've slept with over 40 women in my life so I know. She's doing this because I haven't worked in 3 years which I understand. My 2 choices are to live 2 and a half hours away in a smaller city where I will have support from family and friends to help me with my child or to stay in my city where my girlfriend is and I have better job prospects. If I move 2 and half hours away I gotta deal with a very crazy baby mama but if I stay in my city I won't have any support with my kid. In my big city I can only afford a 1 bedroom duplex but in the smaller city I can afford a 2 bedroom house

@orbit123, after receiving a Moderator warning for Troll behavior last Aug. and asking a Moderator to delete roughly 90 of your previous posts since joining the forum 10 months ago, Is there any reason why moderators should not delete these last two threads about the same woman also … ?

Actually I was gonna message you to delete these 2 after I got some more replies about this. I don't want her reading any of this

Actually, since you’re so concerned, I will now close these threads and send you another trolling behavior warning.
