Treadmill is superior because you can watch movies etc that make the time spent running more pleasant and therefore longer.

I agree and you aren't stranded somewhere if you get hurt on it

Running is painful. I ride the bicycle outside. Outside is always better due to terrain, wind, and weather.

Yes. However, you can ride much longer because it doesn’t fvck up your joints.
