Meeting Women At a Pub Crawl - Advice Needed

I don't normally do nightgame and only been to bars a few times in my life, I will be going to a pub crawl tonight to expand my horizons.

What can I expect and how do I make the most of it to maximise my results? I will be heading to 4 bars with a group that is a mix of locals and backpackers.

I've done pub crawls in Greece and in NYC.

In Greece it was like a guided tour, they'd take us to various places for about an hour, order the deals at each bar for us and then leave us at the last night club. Because it was like a group/class you had all night to talk to the girls and the spots they brought us to were good spots to meet more.

In NYC bar crawls are free-form. You just go wherever you want after getting your wristband at the first place and take advantage of the deals at each spot yourself. If you follow the list in order you'll run into many of the same people, especially at the good spots.

4 bars is more like the Greek one, NYC crawls have like a dozen bars (probably because you can skip some or only stay for 5 minutes if you want).

7 hours is pretty long for only 4 bars though, that length is comparable to the NYC crawls. The Greek one was more like 4 hours.

Greek bars were a sausage fest but the groups were full of tourists. So most of the available women were inside the group until you reach the last spot, which was a night club. That's where the other women were.

In NYC it was about equal. You'd meet women on the crawl, women just out for the nightlife, women who were doing other events like scavenger hunts, etc.

I've done it before and to be honest I'm not a big fan of it. It's fun with a group of friends and I've had women approach me but they were not my type. The bar hopping is not my scene for picking up girls, but I would focus on having fun and don't get into fights, don't be too loud, etc.

Wow @Zimbabwe, you are basically asking for a synopsis of doing bar/nightclub game.

"The Game" and "Mystery Method" are two of the better books on night game. Reading at least one of those would be a better option. In my life, I have read both "Mystery Method" and Roosh V's "Bang".

There are probably also some good YouTube channels on night game pickup now.

Just did the crawl, made some friends and got one girls number. She had a bf on insta that she showed me and at the end of the night the host made out with her before she left.

She seemed like the town bike, other then that I didn't have much success. It was nice to go out but I live so far from the city that I can't do this often.

There was this blonde guy there who got approached by an Asian girl, he ditched us and spent the night with her.

Things like that are a good way to develop a relationship of sorts with the women in your group. Because you are going from place to place together, there is a "Team Camaraderie" that develops and each place becomes a separate experience and reinforces a feeling of familiarity and shared experiences. The same is true or regular meeting social groups (weekly for example). It's like dating without the dates.

But another phenomenon is that when you enter a venue where it appears a number of people know you , the outside people are curious about you from seeing you socialize. AKA Social Proof. Who is this guy? and why does everyone know him?

We didn't really make an effort to mingle with the female circles early on, which I think was our biggest downfall, we waited till the last bar.

You are right we should have built up some rapport beforehand

It was fun but I don't feel Like it was a good way to meet quality women at all, all of the bars were sausage fests and the group kept getting smaller each bar.

The music was also way too loud that you could barely hear anything at all.

Your first and only thing is to have fun. To meet new people. Socialise with all in the group and outside of the group too. After about 30% of time done, start deciding to invest in someone more. Get to know someone more deeply.
