I've been in Rome a few days, I've noticed the local girls here ( I mean Real Italian girls not the hordes of tourists) tend to be really friendly but know almost no English at all. While it is nice to explore new cultures I just don't really see the point in travelling to the other side of the planet just for girls. Dude, the formula is simple:

1) Only go to another country, that you have no prior roots in, if there is a particularly good career opportunity that will give you either significant skill boost, income boost, or social status boost. Ideally a combination of these things.
