A better question is: Why does a man need a relationship? There is no benefit for a man to commit to one woman forever.
LTR used to make sense if a man had leverage. In 2022, the system is doing everything it can to give the woman all the leverage it can handle and more, so it doesn't make sense. It only makes sense if there is a baby involved, and even then, the man should not commit to one woman.
I don't understand men who say "It's getting old playing the field, I want to come home to ONE woman." OK that's fair, but realize, this one woman will LEAVE you if she finds a bigger, better deal. Always always.
