So tomorrow will actually tell how it all went but everyone in this thread has had a point so far. However, I cannot help but blame my lack of killer instinct on the date on me fapping. No porn and no fap is more difficult than not using illicit drugs or drinking alcohol. My biggest key to success in no porn and no fap is getting laid at least semi-regularly. Getting laid helps keep those no fap streaks going.

From what I hear, rents could potentially decrease in Miami by EOY which would be a godsend but I am not holding out hope for that.

Logistics matter the most in terms of one night stands from bars. They matter less in non-bar approaching so long as you are semi-close to an area of the metro with a decent concentration of single people. I am definitely a believer in no fap and what it can do for men. It's similar to fasting. A man who can control his sexual desires is a powerful man. I'm all for it. A week of utter failure.

Alright dudes, this week has been absolute crap for me. I have barely made it to day 3 each time of no fap. Have avoided porn but whenever day 3 comes I end up fapping, like I did this morning in bed thinking about a past sexual experience. I have also found it tough to go out to game for daygame as well. 9/2/22: It gets lonely at the top.

How to even start this. So today was, well, today. I do not even know how to describe it other than a unique day. I got a lot done as I wait for my new job to start but then for lunch, I think I may have realize how much I underestimate my potential allergy to lactose. I had a protein shake after an interview and was knocked out. I went right back to sleep and took an hour long nap and this after getting up later than I want in the morning.

A wing from the group was supposed to meet me and it looked promising but this dude just ended up bailing. More on the group later.

Whatever though, whatever. Somehow, managed to make it out before 8 PM to my regular spot and after a week of not approaching, what do I do? Well, I end up sitting down at a table and just sort of chilling. A couple with a dog (Golden Retriever) came and good lord, folks at the bar were bothering that dog left and right trying to pet it and be its friend. Ya might wanna get on getting your future best friend @Jake_Gyllenhaal69 lol.

Then I saw something, three loud fratty looking guys and one of them approaches a table. One of them had an Alabama hat, lol get your boy @Jake_Gyllenhaal69 bro. Dude lasted a while as I had not even opened. It just made me sort of get an extra bit of motivation in me as I was sipping on my drink. Seriously, this Greek Life imbecile and not me? Needless to say this idiot fails.

The bar I am at has cornhole so I play it. Some blonde chick in a hat is playing with a dude and we play for fun at the busy bar, not even knowing each other lol. We can barely hear each other and all that stuff but it was fun but afterwards, she pretended like she didn't even know me. Keep blondie with hat in mind.

I approach a set nearby, two blondes (one taller than me DESPITE me being 5'11 lol) and open. Dude who is drunk tells me "bbbrrrooo she is into you!" about the tall blonde. I play it off saying "haha, man I am just looking for teammates in this game". So we play cornhole, tall blonde on my team. It is going decent but blonde in hat hovers nearby and distracts tall blonde on my team. ????

Some short dudes are talking to blonde in hat and she tries to drag the tall one in. It goes well but the group saves me telling their friend to play. Tall blonde is back in it. It goes on for a bit but then I try to Instaclose the blonde because I am like wtf, blonde in hat is NOT letting up. Tall blonde says "yeah to be honest, not interested". Whatever....still, whatever lol.

I go to get another drunk and then get a good vibe going with a brunette also taller than me. Dude, WTF, I am 5'11 WTF man. King Of Manlets indeed I guess lol. We get a good convo going but her gay friend is in line for drinks. However, he gets the drinks and leads the set elsewhere. Well that is that.

I open a few more sets that are short convos but then open two girls having food. They are both brunettes and it goes really well but then for some reason, I choke and bail. Unlike daygame, nightgame is rough without a wing. So anyways, I end up walking away since I was on my own and got nervous. It has to do with the long layoff because the girls were pretty cool and everything. A wing would have been phenomenal but more on that later.

Then I notice dudes in the pickup group I am in roll in a pack and just stand around talking to each other. This is pointless. I realize that there is a reason that Miami is a daygame city. However, I got out of my rut and approached so I am happy about that. More approaching to be done on Labor Day weekend.

Before I go to bed with a night full of blowouts and screw ups, all my fault by the way, I wanted to talk a little bit more about how lonely it is at the top and just cutting the cord. I left the pickup group I am a part of and everything. In Robert Greene's book, I believe it was Laws of Human Nature of maybe 33 Strategies of War, I read about a Spanish Conquistador (likely Pizzaro from my memory). Basically, the ships were docked at the bay and his crew were not being driven enough. The guy decides to cut the rope to where the crew have no way back to Spain.

I feel like that was me.

I feel like so much whether it is "wingmen" or even forums like these, they are just that, comfort talks. We use them as a security blanket but sometimes they almost stop us from our true ceiling. For weeks, I have been winging with losers who decided to just stand around and scratch their a$$ as I did the opening. I felt like I was not hitting my potential.

It's like the scene in the final Batman film where he tries to get out from under the underground prison but the rope is getting in the way. I cut the rope.

Yeah, it sounds weird but I am going to solo this whole thing. I now get what @SW15 was saying when he said that good wingmen are tough to find. I have found maybe a couple I can consistently rely on but the rest just get drunk and barely approach, other than ruining sets. Yeah, I am that guy now.

I am going to try and solo a city that is run on clout and status.

I cut the rope and whatever happens, it happens.

8/27/22 - An amazing date.

Due to the events of the previous night, I ended up sleeping in a ton on Saturday. I did however have a date planned for later in the afternoon and it was from Bumble. Before that, I was largely just in my bed watching TV because I was spent from that night of drinking. Unfortunately @SW15 I thought of that one time I had this skinny blonde riding me in her tiny NYC apartment and that just gave me a raging erection, bye bye no fap. Still, show up to the date and she is taking a while to get there but she finally does.

She had on those white shorts with a dark blue shirt that went so well for her. Somehow she was able to tan real easy in the sun because her pics on Bumble show her as pale as a ghost. We sit down for coffee and I comment on her blue color saying that it says a lot about a woman who is wearing blue, the fact that she is a bit cautious and careful about things.

Then she asks me then what does red say, I tell her that red means she is the type to go head first into things and worry about consequences later. She tells me how red describes her better and I start to get the subtext a bit from sexualizing this conversation. Overall, a really cool girl. Not any of the woke types despite being a young brunette from Maryland of all places.
