Is it possible for women to fake body language and feign interest?

The way you know if the interest is real is by the level of effort or investment on her part.

There's a tiny chance a woman may sleep with you primarily for some sort of benefit, but if she's willing to go that far who cares if it's real or not.

Generally fake interest is if she's calling you handsome and touches your arm until you buy her a drink (or refuse to) then she disappears. If she's going out with you for the free dinner you won't get much physical escalation.
Agreed. If a gal lets my park my manhood in her parking lot but is faking enjoying it, what do I care? That said, such a chick will almost assuredly end up not wanting to fake it.

Of course, a single mommy that needs a man to BetaStepDadMax might be motivated to do a great acting performance for years. I remember an older colleague (whose step-daughter I had macked) who was crippled (he could walk, but obviously not normally), and his operative dating MO was to date single mommies at Baptist churches; he said that when a single mommy gets with a man with a professional income (as he put it), "she'll fuuck you every night like the best thousand-dollar-per-hour whoore around" to keep you around. It turned out that that step-daughter was one of 4.:eek::eek::eek: However, he said he had to get out of that situation because the wife would get mad and through dinner plates at him.

Can physiological eye reactions be faked? For example, if you look at them and they look at you, but as your eyes meet her eyes light up in an excited/nervous/panic way, before she instantly looks away
Sure she can. You might be thinking of the way that some pros might not want to look in the John's eyes.

Flirting is fun. I do it sometimes even when I’m not attracted to the woman. Just to kill time or the fun of it. I’ll flirt with service girls to get free drinks, food etc. or other reasons like a better hotel room…. Or. I’ll flirt ‘cause I find her attractive. Girls flirt for the same reasons. & probably many others.

Physiological signs can be faked. It's to what extent that will make it more difficult to come across as genuine. It's pretty easy for a woman to fake interest by flirting at a bar to get a drink, but showing genuine interest on a date when she doesn't feel it won't come across as authentic and you should pick up on it.

The lower lip bite is usually the best and most legit IOI imo.

While it certainly could be faked, it most likely is genuine because it's not commonly thought about like the hair toss.
So not excitement via dilating of the eyes?

I would think so yes, you see it in films. Women can touch you, play with their hair, etc... All signs they may have interest, but are easily faked.

Real attraction can't be hidden, though, it always tends to leak out at some point.

Dilating of the eyes is genuine and can't be faked. I agree with Kotaix. I just find that one more difficult to notice in practice unless you are making very good eye contact with her.

The lip bite is very easy to see, but it's very fast.

When we had first unexpectedly bumped into each other and make eye contact, her eyes light and she seems excited or nervous in the eyes. She would then stop and initiate a conversation holding strong and intense eye contact. This was followed by a compliment. Later, I would see her and she would then look and notice me, and, again, her eyes reacted in a excited/nervous way followed by instantly look away

So in this context her eye dilation/reaction genuine?

Most likely. Sounds like she is interested/attracted on some level. What was the compliment? Was it the "You look good" one you mentioned above?

No, she said I dress good, i.e Look handsome

And as I said above, looked at my balls.
