What should I do in the mean time in terms of calling or texting? She said she'd be in touch but my number isn't in her phone yet. If she actually shows up I plan to ask to come back to her apartment with her afterwards for a "nightcap".

But do you have any advice off-hand? I do not care about trying to flirt over text and just want to send her something to get my number into her phone that doesn’t come off as needy.

Alright, so when I met her first she informed me that there was a pre-season event for a sports club I was a member of last year at my college tomorrow and she would be there. I sent her a simple text message to confirm the location at 10PM and she didn’t respond. There’s a small chance that she genuinely went to bed early, but as far as I’m concerned she’s missed her chance with me by ignoring that text. Interestingly, when she was hanging out with me, in the middle of our conversation, she asked if I could drive her home, and the other guys there were like “Just say yes!”. Since she wasn’t being particularly frisky with me I thought there was no chance that she’d actually invite me inside, so I declined because I wasn’t ready to leave yet myself and was not about to simp for her by being her free taxi driver. I really hope I read that correctly and didn’t miss out on a fast lay. Anyway, I will be attending the event tomorrow regardless and plan to meet her there, escalate some more with her and maybe change the bar date tonight into an instadate if I can, assuming she’s there. But more importantly this experience boosted my confidence by a metric boatload and made me so damn eager to run game on other thots so I could try again without repeating the mistakes, so as long as I find suitable approachmaxxing targets, this original one better be on the ball if she wants to compete.

Update: After I almost missed practice due to her failing to clarify the location, the girl finally replied saying that she had “no cell service” (for an entire night at home and half a day?) and that she had gotten “tipsy” yesterday when I met her and actually had a boyfriend. Considering she seemed plenty coherent enough to remember such a key detail, I suspect she made up her boyfriend as an excuse after reading my message which seemed a bit cross in tone. Either that, or she really did have a boyfriend, in which case why the hell do girls do this? I know modern foids are attention *****s, but you’d think they’d stop lapping it up and drop the boyfriend bomb when push came to shove - instead I’ve now had three girls that apparently agreed to dates only to reveal later over text that they had a boyfriend.
