Cold-approach of waitress/bartender

Maybe give her a slightly higher tip? I don’t think I’m any poorer over it.

i’ve gotten my share of free stuff over the years. Mostly free food or drinks. Likely ‘cause the waitress/barrista… found me attractive. So. Why not pay it back?

About five years ago I was working at a different firm and there was this popular local joint next to the office. I went with this female coworker I worked with for lunch. We sat at the bar and ordered food and drinks. The bartender was a female; a friendly person.

I went back there about 3-4 months later by myself and sat the bar - the same bartender was working there. She came over and said hi and said my name was mike. I was shocked, and then I asked how she knew. She proceeded to tell me about the last time I was there, told me I came with a woman and even remembered exactly what I ordered. I only bought like a $10 appetizer but I gave her a solid $20 tip just because I was wow'ed by her effort. I figured I could've smashed easily.

Every time I went there after she would always give me free drinks and stuff.

It's a waste as that's their job. She acting or pretending that she's extra nice doesn't benefit you in anyway. I tip everyone 20% and it goes down from there. I do not care if it's the hottest waitress in the world.. She starts at 20%. Just because she's beautiful doesn't do me squat. I ain't going to be fvcking her, so it's irrelevant on her beauty.

I enjoy rewarding beauty. I’m more likely to let a beautiful sports car cut in front of me than an average car. It’s just how I am and it makes me happy.

If you want to hit on service sector employees, meet them outside of their workplaces either through cold approach or your social circle. This increases your likelihood of success.

You can't devise a plan for this. You design a lifestyle. Your lifestyle is either conducive to meeting service sector employees or it is not.

Most men who work white collar, Mon-Fri 8:30 AM-5:30 PM type jobs don't have a lifestyle conducive to meeting bartenders, strippers, waitresses, or gym personnel with their leisure time activities. Blue collar laborers with similar work schedules have the same issue. If you want to meet this type of woman outside of work, you must work a similar type of work schedule to her or have the same type of occupation.

Most male white collar workers end up with some sort of female white collar worker.

In my opinion, it's good to go the propinquity route. Over a period of time you slowly get to know them more. This would be better for LTR tier women.

Part of the job is knowing how to handle guys / sucker them. Waitresses, but bartenders especially, are some of the most adept at the game, they understand it intuitively from all the men they have to handle and frankly exploit to get larger tips. You have to watch out for these types as they are honestly probably some of the worst (I don't care how hot some of them might be - think about what type of female would gravitate to such an environment ** note I am not talking about teenage girls working at some family restaurant I am talking about c0cktail waitresses).

I have dated 2 bartenders before and for what it is worth they took a liking to me as we talked; I did not make any moves whatsoever or tried to attract them. You want to convey that you are much better and have more going on than the cornballs who are harassing her on a daily basis. My opinion of them was kind of poor but I know some guys want to take that shot and this is what I would tell you to do if you must.

I banged a few bartenders back in the day but it was because I was the DJ in the club and was basically the star of the place so I had that going for me plus they saw me constantly having hot chicks coming to see me
