Yeah... Sure.....your fixation is troubling. i really do bench 360, and all I do is eat super clean, do pushups, planks, and various calisthenic exercises. you can't disprove me. you have a suspicion, but that's all it is. I weigh 210 and eat, probably, 50 or so grams of protein each day.
i tried to tell you in the other thread that humans don't need a lot of protein, even to build new muscle. but you didn't want to hear that, because you've been (like most guys) brainwashed by the west into believing all of the wrong stuff.
