17-18 percent body fat achieved.
Sub-220 lbs bodyweight achieved at 6'2
Gained 2 pounds of muscle.
I look in shape, no abs still.
Going rock climbing from time to time apart from daily workouts.
Cooking food in bulk, meal preps ftw.
Career:
My PhD begins in March, super stoked about that.
