Boomers are basically getting the younger generation to pay for their success. This is primarily a generational thing imo.

As an early Millennial, I identify with this. The Millennials have been handed a shiit sandwich economically. The Millennial generation took the biggest hit with the late 2000s/early 2010s recession (worst recession since Great Depression). Almost all of the first half of the generation (the 1980s portion of the generation) graduated into this recession. Most weren't getting jobs or getting subpar jobs. The college educated Starbucks barista became a thing in this time.

No. Boomers had the Sexual Revolution forced upon them. This made Boomer prioritise other things other than their family.

Boomers are victims of a giant social engineering experiment, designed by Alphas, to free all women up for sex. And it worked. 10% of men bang roughly 90% of women now without any social problems. Same thing happened to wealth. Alphas own most of the wealth, you get scraps by comparison. All comparative mind you. You might be happy with it. Most Betas, apparently, are.

I didn't even need that article to make the point that I'm about to make.

Boomers had almost nothing to do with the early part of The Sexual Revolution. The female birth control pill became available in 1960, when the oldest Boomers were 14 and some of the youngest Boomers weren't born then. In the early years of birth control pills (1960-1965), the majority of users were those in The Silent Generation (late 1920s-1945 births). It is easy to see why the The Silent Generation embraced a sexual revolution. These were the people had their childhoods scarred by The Great Depression and World War II. Some even fought in The Korean War. These people wanted the joys of easy sex. If you think The Sexual Revolution was the entirety of the 1960s-1970s, the Boomers were participants more in the latter part of The Revolution in the 1970s.

Woodstock happened in 1969. The oldest Boomers were 23. The 18-23 year old part of the crowd were Boomers. Silent Generation attendees outnumbered Boomers at Woodstock. In 1969, plenty of Boomers were in elementary school and high school and didn't make it out there. All the musicians playing at Woodstock were Silent Generation members.

No fault divorce started in California in 1969 and was in most states in the USA by 1975. Who was getting divorced from 1969-1975? Mostly Silent Generation people. A good portion of the Boomer generation had either just gotten married in those years and weren't married yet. Boomer divorces started after 1975 and were more common in the 1980s-1990s.

There were plenty of beta males in the Boomer generation and many did better in the sexual marketplace than betas of subsequent generations.

The upper percentiles have gotten a larger share of wealth since 1980, which is when the Boomers started to make a difference in the working world. The distribution of sexual partners and access to sex didn't become problematic until the early part of Millennial generation came of age in the 2000s. High male sexlessness rates, simping, OnlyFans, etc. were things that are more uniquely Millennial.

The real story of course is the sterilisation of us all through being encouraged to live life like homosexuals, having orgasms into barren, polluted wombs (which is similar to spending your life coming inside anuses as a homosexual).
I've been having orgasms into condoms inside barren, polluted wombs. There are plenty of men who have had triple digit notch counts but have 0 live births and often 0 pregnancies to their names.

Getting people focused on sex, drugs and rock and roll was a completely planned thing. Lots of CIA involvement. It’s quite easy to look up. Even people like The Doors Jim Morrison was from a secret service family. And it’s not even debated anymore. “Turn on, tune in, drop out.”
Sex, drugs, and rock and roll was a big part of the 1965-1979 era.

Our grandparents were increasingly sterilised and refocused away from family creation. None of it accidental. We have been lied to about our history and why birth control come about as part of a wider goal of turning us all gay (sterile).
You and I are close to the same age. Our grandparents' generation came from larger families. The Silent Generation of the 1930s was a comparatively smaller generation because people weren't having kids during The Great Depression because they couldn't afford it. Boomers had more siblings than the Millennials. Fertility per woman has been dropping for a long time. Few Boomer women had 0 children but a good percentage of Millennial women have 0 kids as they turn 35-40 and will end up with 0 kids. Even the Millennial women who have kids tend to have fewer kids than their Boomer parents or the in between Gen X generation.

im not casting moral aspersions bro. I take advantage too.

but it is pretty important for those who want to have families and are confused as to why it’s so hard. They are looking at women, men, themselves. Everywhere but the social engineers who created this world.
The mating environment is even difficult for the men out there who are ambivalent about babies or don't want to have babies with women. Getting female attention, getting dates, getting laid from dates, and also keeping a woman attracted for an extended relationship of even 2 years is challenging in this environment.

That's a contributing factor to the rent problem. There's more demand out there for 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, rental condos/townhomes, and rental detached homes. If your romantic relationships are unstable, why buy? Keep renting.

Yep. All by design. A sexless meta verse awaits us all. It’s going to be very gay.

I know that’s a “conspiracy theory” - but the dudes who are running this world actually do have a plan for humanity. And they are pretty much telling you directly what that plan is - The Great Reset - “In the future, you’ll own nothing and you will be happy.”

It’s just communism re-branded. Here’s how it works

The working class are democrats
The middle class are republicans
The upper class are communists.

The desire for men to dominate the world is old as Sh1t. Whether it’s Rome, the Mongols etc.
The men at the top of the world today are the same. And they are going to do it by collapsing the global economy and getting everyone on a global, digital blockchain (communism). This is not a theory. They are openly saying this at economic forums now. GovCoin is coming.

anyone who values freedom should be very worried about the plans the top men have for us.
What can us peons do to protect ourselves?

Id say just being aware of it. So that when shtf, which I’ll wager will be sometime later this year, you’ll know what’s going on. You won’t panic and be confused. You’ll be like “oh. It’s GovCoin communism time. I already knew that.”
Would you stock up on food & water?

Depends on what your moral stance is. Either you're a prepper, which stocking up on food and water/filters is important, or your a maurader. Which it isn't, because you'll just take those supplies from others(if you can).

It ain't going to be like that though. Unfortunately. It's going to be giant round-ups. The State is going to turn all of it's tech and surveillance aggressively against us. They already have completely autonomous and semi-autonomous kill vehicles. The tech they have is insane and they've been hiding it from you.

It's almost showtime.

Check out this trailor that was released 9 years ago - called "Grey State". The Director was killed before this film could be made. Many people suggest that he was an insider who knew the script for humanity.

Check it out. It's mind blowing:

What (if any) role did covid play in this?

The fix is simple; but it will never happen:

Tax the ever living hell out of any single family home that isn’t a primary residence or any rental property that isn’t 90% full. All of a sudden, it becomes a lot less attractive to own real estate solely for investment. This also helps to cut down rent costs because landlords would be penalized for having underfilled units from obscene pricing.
My simple fix is to ban the purchase of single family homes from people and entities who do not intend to live there.
Those homes are for families to buy and live in and grow their wealth, not for wall Street speculation. Let investors buy businesses and apartment buildings.

Communism would be the government assigning everyone a home.

Fascism is the government funding corporations to take over and control everything without having to worry about our pesky rights.

Competition is inherent in proper capitalism, nobody can compete with Blackrock or Chinese billionaires.

I live in Miami and got my apartment just in time, someone trying to get the same apartment now will pay $700 more for monthly rent. Yeah, it's gotten that bad. The issue is the tech boom IMO. People who aren't qualified to be making a great wage are making it due to jobs that overpay them. Tech companies literally hire any garbage title like Chief Woke Officer or Head Of Diversity and pay them like crazy. Meanwhile most of these people would be serving lattes at Starbucks if companies were not so desperate to hire someone with their useless skillset.

These are the people flooding into your cities and pricing you out. Not the Wall Street types but people who are being overpaid to do silly corporate jobs.

Debatable. Musk seems to have overcome some great odds.
