So say hello to mega inflation in the US. But that will of course spread,(I.E. more inflation) to all other western nations as the panic spreads in the international financial banking system.

The west have a very strong dependency on oil and gas from Russia. Europe get 40% of it's energy need from Russia and we need their oil and gas just as bad as junkie needs their crack.

Oh and to make it even better; USA and Sleepy Joe just stole Russia's 300 billion dollar exchange reserves deposited at the Federal Reserve bank, so I guess the Russians are quite pissed off over that.

It's really a question of dictatorships with mineral- or human- extractive economies (i.e., here, China is human-extractive since they have so many workers who are very low-paid) vs. democracies with innovative economies. And the fact that these economies are "ditching the dollar" is meaningless - in the end they have to trade stuff for stuff, and if they don't want any stuff, they'll have to take the USD or EUR. If the price of oil gets high enough, then the USA can produce enough fossil-fuel (in short order, as the fracking industry could get easily started up if given government cash) to make up for the supply loss (as well as put the squeeze on consumers so that they won't consume as much of it. Putin's folly was having currency reserves controlled by his adversaries and depending on a stable global order to tap them, and then doing the most to upset that order since 1945.

This isn't to say that the wealthy countries don't have issues - the most glaring one is the way that the womenfolk become garbage because of the wealth - but in terms of economics, there is a reason why wealthy countries are wealthy. It reminds of the fantastic movie "300" where Leonidas says that free men can vastly outfight slave men.

I talk for myself so not other peoples opinion.

I strongly like the US, actually I believe its the country with the most stable foundation and whoever disagrees that the founding fathers were great statemen probably doesnt really studied the subject.

Also the fact that regardless who you are, you will find like minded people to get along and cooperate is a huge plus.

What I dislike it's the establishment when it comes of insane ideas, greed and the fact it believes the whole world is a playground to bully and harass.

Same opinion I have of many european establishments that do the same things but on a smaller scale and toward smaller countries.
