Around august 2020 my stomach started to do a bunch of noises. During daytime I can ignore them but its annoying when I have them during the night just when Im trying to sleep.

Ive been to a bunch of physicians, both general medicine and specialists, no solution. Anyone experienced this before? Thanks in advance.

Yes, happened to me for a few months. It went away by itself. The bacteria inside have changed (antibiotics, change in food regimen, etc). Use probiotics from the pharmacy to restore bacterias.

If you also fart a lot and it smells really horrible you might have developed lactose intolerance. Relatively easy to test for, just cut out dairy products and anything containing any form of milk for a week. See if it stops then try some dairy products to see if it comes back again.

Tell her a little about yourself, but not too much. Maintain some mystery. Give her something to think about and wonder about when she's at home.

Might be diet related. Does it only happen when you eat certain things? Try switching up your diet
