As much as I'd like to agree with " judge not, lest ye be judged", you have to remember the rest of that quote. " For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again." Don't judge IF you're unequally yoked. These panhandlers are everywhere where I live, and not one of them want to work.So what? People do what they need to do to survive. Its not like she went on the cc on tinder for fun. Unless you walk in their shoes nobody should say anything.
Before you answer btw, the self pity and nihilism these people are drawn too are literally the cause of all their problems. If people took some personal accountability they wouldn't be in such a position. I don't want to hear excuses, or actively encourage their ****ty behavior with "loose change", f@ck em, it's a dog eat dog world, if you can't accept that than honestly, why even live? Make the best with what you've been given, not even God could ask more from you.So what? People do what they need to do to survive. Its not like she went on the cc on tinder for fun. I think I was focusing more on the sexual/adultery aspect of the man's wife with the other stranger for money and the debate was on whether she actually enjoyed it or not, or if that had anything to do with her getting brain cancer afterwards. Everybody has the potential to commit adultery against their husband as this man's wife did, not just because they are homeless. It happens in all walks of life. So that's the aspect I think that is being judged as it's an issue on her character. Does the desperate situation excuse this wife to commit adultery against her husband for money or are we do judge and say she's a terrible person for doing that to him, even if it's for money and they both need it? The guy doesn't discuss any aspect of being incel, or having any issues talking with women, etc... on that video therefore he must be alright in that area if he's not complaining about it.As much as I'd like to agree with " judge not, lest ye be judged", you have to remember the rest of that quote. I can understand a beggar in biblical times; amputee, the elderly, widows, etc. But today? Literally, walk to the nearest public library, look up a charity to clean your ass up and give you a fresh cut (there are plenty), and get an obama phone from daddy government so you can schedule a job interview. They don't do that though, most of them are cracked out drug addicts that are trying to appear to your sympathy. Maybe this works the first couple of times on tourists, but if you see these dudes every day you'll realize that they're grown ass men who are too lazy to work and are using your charity to fuel their drug addiction.
Why should I give you money, when there are poor Spanish immigrants that arrive here with literally nothing and are working hard all day selling flowers/churros/etc on the same highway that grown ass people are literally begging on.
If you're 35 with no physical/mental disabilities and asking a 20 year old dude for change, you should be embarrassed of yourself. Seriously. Sure, life is tough, but I've had friends who were thrown out after graduating hs and are now paying for their own apartment plus college.
I think the second biggest problem with the homeless is that the US doesn't take mental health as seriously today. If you were found $hitting on a street corner and screaming at passerby they'd throw you into an asylum in the 1800s. Many of the homeless are a danger to themselves and others, they can't properly take care of their own well being, and many have the IQ of literal children. Mix in a bit of mental illness, and you've got some serious issues on your hands.
