I don't think his lack of hair was a problem. He transcended it like Bruce Willis.

I am not bald by any means, but not having hair can be an asset (as long as your ears don't stick out too much).

Just look at guys like Dwayne Johnson, Bruce Willis and Jason Statham. Does their lack of hair make them any less attractive to women? No and it makes them look more badass/masculine.

I think as long as the guy is in good shape, being bald is not as bad as people make it out to be.

Being FAT, is the thing that will hinder a man's looks the most.
