it was such a b!tch cleaning those blenders every day.
I assume you guys never used the ninja cup lid blade style blenders? They're not hard to clean at all. I just unscrew the lid/blade, and spray it down when I'm done blending.Cleaning a blender is a total pain.
Yeah exactly. Ice cream is legit for hardgainer like me but adding peanut butter seems to be a game changer atm for me. No adverse affects yet and hit my macros yesterday! I’m starting to think there’s hopeOh, dude. I feel your pain. I had to completely stop making protein ice creams cause it was such a b!tch cleaning those blenders every day. I hated it lol.
I refuse to follow a fitness regimen where I have to clean a blender every single day.
So, if I want a protein shake, I just make it in a protein shaker that takes 30 seconds to clean. If I want ice cream, I’ll just work it into my calories at the end of the day. Then I don’t have to do all of that cleanup.
I don’t have anything to spray with unless I go outside to the hose. Too much workI assume you guys never used the ninja cup lid blade style blenders? They're not hard to clean at all. I just unscrew the lid/blade, and spray it down when I'm done blending.
Then what I would do is, when you're done with the smoothie, put hot water and dish soap in the cup, and screw the blade lid back on, and turn the blender on. Cleans the cup, and lid/blade at the same time. You are struggling to gain weight, you have to ask yourself is this worth it to be able to eat an extra few thousand calories a day.I don’t have anything to spray with unless I go outside to the hose.
