I am a woman in my mid-30s who recently reentered the dating scene again after a long time ... I met and became friendly with a guy three years older than me last year. After a few months of chatting as friends, he asked me out, and I rejected him because I thought of us as just friends (and I was seeing someone else)
My issue is that this man is a 10, and I am, at best, a 4? 5? He’s tall and muscular with piercing blue eyes and a dazzling smile. I see the looks people give us when we go out: “HE’S with HER?!” I’ve never been particularly sensitive to what others think about me, but every time we go out, I see that same look—from men, from women, it doesn’t matter. They all look like they’ve just been electrocuted. The minute he puts his arm around me or holds my hand, the same look of shock appears on people’s faces, and it’s taking a toll on my self-esteem. I’ve definitely seen that look from all of his friends, and I wonder what they’ve said to him privately. His exes were very beautiful.

I know I need to lose some weight ...
So a Chad (especially a blue-eyed-Incel-TV type of Chad) gets originally friendzoned by a chunky chick. Juggernaut Law in action.

The 10 guy is more likely to commit to a 7.5+ woman. They must be mismatched. Gross mismatches like that are more likely to happen on the swipe apps.

Sometimes, someone can be sexy, but not beautiful.
He obviously must have reasons for liking her, but she's dooming it with her insecurity.

A lot of guys like on here for example have a flawed scale. Remember the threads posting pics of women and many were like 3.5s a guy was calling a 7 and cute. She was fat now but her past pic he posted she was like a 4 and a bit chubby.

Today I saw a short fat guy wearing a hoody and flat brimmed sports cap and baggy jeans with a taller, super slender and curvy blonde hottie. Explain that

Looks like he spent another paycheck on a girl working the corner.

Men are dating down now because women who are 7s think they're 10s and 5s think they're 8s. It's garbage.

He's a drug dealer.

Maybe he was the only one so far to put her in check?

Rollo had said that men who lack in one area often overcompensate in another. For example, he may have a high earning salary, or be a drug dealer like Jay said.

Just because a man is with a woman, doesn't mean he's happy. Unless you walked up to him and asked him how many times that month he's been laid, there's no real way of knowing. Guys will often lie to themselves and say "every six months is normal". It could also be that she just got out of a bad breakup with a high SMV guy and has this guy for support. There's so many scenarios that I'm not going to list them all. Just go over to r/deadbedrooms and see for yourself.

I believe the average western citizens need a war with russia even more than western elites actually...those who survive will reset the dating market.

Conflicts today are fought in "proxy wars" in ****hole countries. I suspect that's what they're trying to do in Ukraine, but modern wars are far far different to what had happened in the early 20th century. It's unlikely that there'd be many boots on the ground, just a few drone strikes and fighting for every meter like they did in Afghanistan because the troops were too scared of walking twelve feet without stepping on a landmine. I've seen the ads to "support our disabled veterans" no thanks. I'll dodge that $hit the same way the hippies did and get pardoned for it. Real conflict between countries won't ever occur, because of "nuclear deterrents" that most enemy countries have stockpiled. Hell, even North Korea, the hick dictatorship which can't even feed their own people has a few.

Real change has to come from the bottom up. The wealthy often degenerate in moral value over time when not in a state of conflict, and the poor try to emulate the rich. This is why we often see people buying fake gucci, fake rolex, overpriced cars, or are rolling in debt. They're trying to "appear" wealthy. "Polyamory" relationships first started appearing in the US when rich Harvard students practiced it while attending University. Women from neighboring colleges soon found themselves in a similar position as that culture became trendy. I suspect this is also why LGBT is so common now, even though a small subset of the population considered themselves to be queer a few decades ago. It's a social disease. Combine pornography with the need for social gratification, and you can probably convince an autist he's "bisexual" or a woman she's pansexual. "It's a trend. It's all good. I can stop being weird tomorrow. I'm so special, give me attention."

The brutal and merciless friendzone takes no prisoners.
Doesn’t take me prisoner anymore because I’ll tell a woman to fvck right off with her friendship. I’m done doing it the flirty or playful way, now I’m just flat out mean about it. I’m too old to be having women friends, I’m a grown man I’m not a teen or in college. I’ve cultivated all the friendships I want in my life, ain’t taking anymore applications.
