1 week of no FAP

Currently on a fap and porn ban , was doing ok until last night when a plate start messaging teasing my sending pics of her playing with herself

I accidentally did no fap for several week a few years ago was super busy with work. I think around week 2-3 I kept popping boners just thinking about a female. I did not enjoy trying to conceal those things... especially at 40 years old. I swear by it, I just struggle to do long streaks, but at 38 years old it makes a huge difference to the quality and size of my erection if Ive built up some fap time with no porn.

I can pass the "toilet roll test"no problem and struggle to fit my head in if I dont fap,

If i fap regularly I fail the toilet roll test in pathetic portions and my head goes more of an acorn shape, girth comes down considerably.

I also believe I get 20x times more choosing signals, I dont know the reason for this but in my anecdotal experience its true.

I am a big believer in no porn and no fap. I implemented it many years ago. I have had slip ups along the way, but I do long streaks of it.

I have nearly 100% of mornings with morning wood which was not happening before no porn and no fap.

I can get more aggressive on approaching 1-3 weeks after a fap, but my aggressiveness isn't much different once no fap is a normal state of being, which it is for me. I might have a little bit less approach anxiety as a no fap person but not too much.

My choosing signals don't go up that much with no porn/no fap.

There are more benefits than drawbacks with it, so I recommend it, but you don't gain too many superpowers from nofap like some guys claim.

I've been doing this since the last thread. The only ejaculation I will have is with another woman. But yeah, when you are busy, those dreams really catch you by surprise. That's two nights now where I kept having dreams of being in bed with multiple women banging them. Though I'm glad Im at the age where I don't have wet dreams anymore.
