If you are a non-Hispanic white male pursuing non-Hispanic white females in the United States, it is total bullshiit. The only exception might be Italian-Americans in the New York/New Jersey area. A lot of Italian-Americans are short too. Italian-Americans are not all that common outside of the Northeastern United States and Chicago.
