Will men of the future work 60-year careers if there is no poon in it for them?

My opinion: Once a man figures that even with BetaBuxxing it's OVER (typically before age 40), his motivation to work drops off dramatically (of course, this is helped by him saving like crazy since he hadn't had any poon to spend it on ), so I think human behavior will evolve into a schema not unlike the big cats, where the females do all the work (i.e., which for a big cat simply means chasing down food, LOL), and the males spend a little time rutting, and then NEETBux (i.e., which for a big cat means licking his balls & sleeping all day, LOL) after losing. I don't get this idea that just because guys don't do well with women, that means life isn't worth living, and they immediately collapse into worthless, sniveling balls. You work to improve yourself, your lifestyle, and your options. Not to turn it over to women in exchange for sex. SMH.

As for working sixty years. If men work smart and invest properly, they should be able to live off of their investments. Shouldn't be any reason to work sixty years if you don't want to. Of course if you're a unmotivated simp because you don't have women to spend your money for you and you don't respect yourself, you won't amount to anything anyway.

I have to agree with this. Most people I know are paired off. Of course the manosphere looks down on that because they consider that beta. Most guys here want a harem of HB9s to show how alpha they are. Which is odd since many appear to be incels. But most guys have wives, or girlfriends. Of course they may get divorced or break up at some point, but that's life. That's why you have to protect your assets. Then they get another girlfriend.

I never got another girlfriend, yet, since I divorced. Some people get royally screwed from their divorce, go bankrupt and don't recover back as they have to make payments for the rest of their life. Not everyone has a luxury of a second chance.

Not sure what thread you're talking about. Sex is on the hierarchy of needs, but it's more of a privilege or a luxury than a necessity. I do believe women are important. More so to keep you from getting lonely than to cater to your sexual fantasies to be a sexual master. The point is not women, thats just one of the perks but lets talk about it.

To say that "you can find a woman" is not any different than "you can find a job", where many people would rather live on welfare than go cleaning public toilets...hope my point is clear.

What is holding men back (and the numbers are quite high for saying that its just few), its the total lack of a reachable goal at decent conditions.

You dont work 8 hours on a mine for few bucks without even being certain that the job will be confirmed the following month especially if you are liable of conseguences if the mine collapse or the minerals you collect can be stolen and you will be blamed regardless.

A stable rewarding relantionship and a family are what makes the average man accept to put on society more than what he gets out of it, cause at this point its pretty clear to any man that the work and money you put on society are much more than what society pays you back.

Its not coincidence that its not women or elderly people to disengage.

But again its not women, thats just one of the items in the cart that its missing.

As for the other thread, if you have a wife and children I'd expect you would care about them. If not, that isn't a reason to stop breathing or stop trying. The idea that you have to have a woman in order to want to improve yourself baffles me. But I recognize that they can be a powerful motivating force, if you can use that great.

my motivation to work dropped before my first job
most my life was focused on trying to find or building a way to have income without working and im slowly achieving it

that said motivation and discpline to work is based on many factors

the main ones are survival, acceptance, and simply following what other people do
