Diet Hack: Egg Whites

Two cartons would be 200 grams of protein. So one would be going through two and a half cartons a day for 250g of protein a day. Like I said earlier, I do about 50grams of protein from egg whites a day. Baking two cartons at once was 4 days worth for me. Though since I've learned that all the protein is utilized regardless of it being cooked or not, I'm going to just add them to shakes.
I don’t know how you process all that food. I get seriously stopped up if I eat too much

If you're eating 3500cals a day, that's more than I eat. At 3500, that's bulking calories for me. My maintenance is 3000. I just started my cut at 2511calories a day.

I know you don't want to hear it, but I'd bump up to 4000 calories a day.
I used to do 6000 when I was In construction but all that food kills my digestion like my body can’t process all that
 

It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. Oh I see... I wasn't talking about it being your only protein source. For myself, I eat 50g of protein from egg whites, roughly 55g from tuna, 44g from whey isolate, 120g from chicken breast, and the rest from odds and ends. Totaling just under 300g protein a day.
300 grams seems like overkill, I'm guessing you weigh 180-220 at most. Are you enhanced? I've heard the body can only absorb about 10g/hr a day.

Oh yeah fish and eggs are great. Don't get me wrong, I like eating everything in certain quantities. But the biggest chunk is chicken breasts.

Try using different seasonings, low fat sauces that @nicksaiz65 shared earlier, and different recipes. It can be fun!
Oh yeah. I will not be eating any chicken breast without sauce lol.

Speaking of egg whites, a meal that I used to eat a lot was, egg whites Turkey bacon and Sriracha. Turkey bacon actually has really good macros
