Real Talk: Female Beauty Peaks at 18

I noticed in college and also at clubs/bars that 21+ year old girls were just at the point of decline in beauty. By this point, many of these girls had started to gain a significant amount of weight, voices were deepening a little bit, they were becoming a bit more assertive, cynical and masculine in their personality traits.

The same girls at 18 were thinner, much nicer, more innocent, more demure and generally far more feminine. A girl in her late teens is acknowledged everywhere in the world as being at the peak of her desirability and ready for marriage.

Not in the USA or anywhere else in the industrialized world however. In the US women don't get married until 30. They are often fat, very masculinized, and may have had a handful of boyfriends in the best of scenarios or dozen or hundreds in the worst.

Why does any sane young adult man wait for a woman to turn 30 or 35 to marry them? They've lost so much of their femininity they can't even look the part of a bride no matter how hard they try.

On this forum guys are chasing 30+ 35+ 40+ 50+ and completely ignoring young adult women. This tells me guys who are vets on sosuave must be lower smv if they are consistently chasing women in their 30s 40s and 50s and trying to mindfvck themselves and anyone else willing to listen that these women are "hot."

Whilst it holds water, peaking at 18 seems a bit extreme imo.

In fact many women are more attractive into their early mid twenties, as their greasy/bad skin from teen years settles down and their figures develop, get a better sense of style, how to present themselves, makeup etc. Coupled with maybe being less annoying - or maybe annoying in other ways, but more mature?

I think late 20's, early 30's is when the noticeable deterioration has commenced. But thats not to say women aren't attractive when they reach that age, maybe as I'm 41, but plenty of attractive women in their 30's, sometimes 40's but obviously more rare as seems minority of women consistently maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Reminds me of my hair dresser recently talking about men/relationships. She's ballooned a bit as years gone by, but was really attractive in her 30's. She was moaning about some bloke who said she looked nothing like her pics and she was saying well thats what happens when everyone gets older. I'm thinking, yes, thats what happens when you take things for granted and eat badly, drink wine regularly and don;t exercise!

Men don’t “want” to wait, they often have no choice. Any hot women in her 20s is either going to marry the proverbial “Chad” or tell the guy to get lost.

When women hit 30 they need something more secure because the face morality for the first time and that’s when gates of marriage open up.

Nothing lasts forever, if you are an older man you can’t be chasing 20 year olds forever.

I think a lot of men slide into it. They don't want to break up and face the potential of a long sexual drought. I think a lot of men figure that they've been with their girlfriend a while and they'll keep the sexual frequency going and avoid the pitfalls of looking for new pusssy if they put a ring on it. I may be more sensitive to some of the physical changes I see in women throughout their 20's, especially white women. I agree that many women can remain very attractive through their mid and even late 20's.

However, even then, you'll see some subtle or not so subtle changes, the most prominent of which is UV damage. The majority of white women are not careful about skin protection which it's unfortunate.

I don't begrudge anyone's choices. My main concern however is that distorts anonymous assessments of attractiveness. When you see the actual photos of women posters consider to be attractive, it's often a bit of a shock!

A lot of people made the great point that marrying a girl BEFORE her college party phase is also a bad idea (perhaps unless you're willing to join her in going out every weekend)

Change your 5 year age difference to a 10-12 year age difference and I agree.

I can think of about 10 couples I know personally that have anywhere from a 8 to 14 year age gap.

I'm 44 and in good shape.

While I do agree that most women 27 and below will want nothing to do with me, I don't think it's unrealistic for an attractive 29 year old woman to like a man in his 40s.
