You know what they say about assumptions. Having said that, attractive women who work at gyms/restaurants/bars are usually wh*res. So it is entirely possible that she is sleeping with a co-worker.

As others have said, gym game is hard. Women usually have their head phones in or are in the middle of a workout.

You can tap on their shoulder and motion for the headphones by pointing your index finger towards your face. If a girl if giving enough IOIs then she will take off her headphones if you try to talk with her. So technically it's not difficult to start a convo.

You can talk to them in a class or be lucky enough to see them outside the gym so you can "Hey, we go to the same gym"

You may not feel comfortable in a class since it may feel pervy that you are in a room with a bunch of girls with yoga pants on where you are seeing their behinds and there is only one or two guys there and it's too obvious. You can always try a line "Hey, we go to the same gym" with anyone whether they go or not because its a potential opener. If someone goes to the same gym but does not notice you then it can come across as stalkerish. The point is just to open her. If you want to remain at your gym, it is better to focus on hitting on other gym members rather than staff members. Even hitting on other gym members at a gym can lead to you searching for a new gym. Hitting on the staff is generally a high risk, low reward proposition.

If you want to have the best chances of getting with a woman like this, you need to have these types of women in your social circle. The typical male working a white collar job doesn't have these women in his social circle. The next best way to get one of them is to meet them randomly in public somewhere.

Gyms, I can't speak on too much.. Restaurants, I cracked a few waitresses before but granted I worked in the restaurant. Bartenders, I cracked an older one -- cant say anything for younger ones .. Def had a buncha bartender friends tho, which means not much besides free drinks and better service.
