Yeah she really packed on the pounds...honestly there are some women you can just look at no matter how in shape they might be and recognize that they will eventually turn into a land whale. She was one of those.

There is a lot of truth to that. One of my friends got married in 2017. My friend is a 6'0" guy in good shape. Since the wedding, she's packed on the pounds. She now has a spare tire in her midsection. They haven't even had kids yet and she's already looking as she does. Unimpressive. He has stayed in shape. No difference from the 2017 wedding.

I mean maybe...moreso I think it's just body type. You can kinda just look at them and see they are going to struggle to keep pounds off as they get older.

Some people are lucky in that regard and don't need to do much. Other people need to constantly be in top of it.
