Not all.
Kinda hard to remain blue pill if you’re constantly fvckin other dudes girlfriends
But of course women will lie and say they are single
Chad has his own fair of troubles, but there's no point in explaining them if you are going to wear black pill goggles the whole time.

Oh I’m pretty sure Chad has his fair share of troubles but it’s nowhere close to the average mans share.

Once you put on those goggles you can’t take ‘em off and you can’t make nobody else wear em

I see no point in ‘roids because I work out and have achieved a muscular, athletic physique that gets me compliments from other guys and women. Yes, if I stopped working out the muscles would fade, but I don’t. And even if I wanted to get those bigger muscles, I wouldn’t, because studies have shown that women prefer toned, athletic builds to supermuscular hunks. They worship the celebs with big muscles because that is what society conditions them to do, but they usually don’t actually like that body type as much. Just like how guys watch porn of women with massive b00bs but prefer normal-sized ones for dating. Get some abs, it’s hard to get “too muscular” with abs, but everywhere else there is a point where you need to find a good place with your physique and work to maintain it, not improve it. It’s also longer-lasting that way because your body remembers how to rebuild those muscles each time you work out, not having to constantly relearn as your muscles get bigger.

The funny thing about getting "ripped" is that it is completely unnecessary. You want to be in good shape (i.e. not far or super skinny) but having a crazy amount of definition doesn't really help THAT much with women. In fact, it may scare some women off. Women are insanely self-conscious about their bodies (this is true of even the hottest ones), and if she feels that her physique is not on the same level as yours, it may actually work against you.

Yeah, I had that happen to me once. Got to the point where I took my shirt off first and she got all self-conscious and was like, "Uhh... I haven't been to the gym in awhile..." Made the rest of the night a little awkward and that was the last I saw of her (no great loss). And I wasn't even close to ripped---I had decent definition on my frame, but my abs and core were not what they are now.

While I'd love to bring the body fat down to get more definition (especially the abs), it doesn't really matter much from a day-to-day perspective. Not like I'm out and about with my shirt off all day. But it's good enough that my self-confidence and posture have a good vibe, and I enjoy being on the beach and not feeling like I need to cover up.

Lol. Zyzz. I'm amazed at how many guys worship that tool. Dude was a pill-head homosexual who imported steroids from Thailand and died of a heart attack at, what was it? 21 years old? It's amazing that he's a role model to so many Sydney lads.

Men are so lost.
Yeah, he was around 21, supposedly had a heart attack and died when he was in a sauna. He obviously was a roid boy but he also was huge into the party scene and probably did tons of coke and who knows what else, which is probably what really led to his death.

You really don’t need roids to get a nice physique tho. You may have to use supplements but you can get pretty ripped if you work out hard enough , and add sprints and don’t eat everything you see
The truth about Chris Hemsworth is that he is a roid-cycling fraud. Just like Mark Walburg.

View attachment 7216

On-cycle, Off-cycle celebs. Men need to stop being conned by these clowns.
It gives guys an unrealistic goal, it makes them really insecure since they can never look like David Laid all year round. They think they need to constantly take roids which leads them down a never ending cycle.

His story was so great because he went from a skinny nerd who played WOW to a confident ripped guy who constantly got laid. He also posted on 4chan and the misc.

Everyone loves a good underdog story, especially one they can relate to like that. He was around at the right place and time.

Even his brother still leaches off his fame 10 years later, nobody wants to move on.
It depends on:

- Which drugs he takes
- How he's cycling
- Drug response

We werent specifically talking about a random shadow pinning kid doing some random cycle. As far as i can see, he didnt even cycle anything more than plain testosterone and it was one cycle. I dont know about the effect of a 500mg test dose/week, but i know the effect would also depend on how high his blood level was in the first place. And in any case.... test isnt exactly the equivalent of tren and so on that the fitness models, athletes, bodybuilders etcetra use.

Roids makes a huge difference and anyone who says otherwise has no idea what they are talking about. There was a study done on men who had lifting experience where they put them on various doses of testosterone for 5 months and had them NOT lift at all. The men that were taking dosages that took their testosterone levels beyond the natural range ended up gaining muscle mass, of course gaining more with the higher dosage. I personally wouldn't touch it because of the health effects, particularly on your cardiovascular system, but something that many seem to overlook is that it completely shuts down your own hormone production, your testicles shrink and you become sterile. You are supposed to blast and cruise, where you come off for a period before going on again, but a lot of guys don't do this and they literally go years without ever being off. There's always the chance that you could be on TRT for the rest of your life, which is not something that I would be interested in.

As for the celebrities, there's a reason many of these guys are able to get these drastic physique changes in relatively short periods of time. Aside from underweight noobs and teenagers, it's impossible to see changes like this without steroids. If you are natural it can take years of eating really well, decent training and good genetics to be strong, fit and look good where people will actually be impressed. I've been into this for just about my entire adult life, at 6'4" with really good genetics and my overall lifestyle is heavily based on this (no drinking, drugs, smoking, etc.). Most people are not going to be able or willing to put that amount of time and consistent effort into something like this, which is why many resort to drugs in the first place.

To be fair you’re 6’4 , you need a lot more mass than I would at 5’9 to look impressive.
What’s your body like now? Tall and lean?

Stop. Listening. To. Women. Why do you guys keep falling for one of the most basic fundamentals when it comes to women: don't ever listen to what a woman tells you.

I'm naturally broad shouldered and have solid muscle mass but I right now weigh a little under 240, I've spent the past couple months losing a couple pounds but nothing serious. I have a 47" chest and currently a 35" waist, I'm not so ripped where I have abs popping out but I have a trim stomach and anyone that looks at me would easily be able to tell that I'm very fit/strong. I don't pursue the whole aesthetics things and focus on being as strong and fit as I can be naturally.

Even with steroids you constantly need to workout all the time, it's not just a magic pill you take to easily get buff. Look at Big Lenny for example, he takes roids but has a terrible diet.

Chris Evans even with roids had to constantly workout just to have that physique for one single scene.

Guys seem to think all you need to do is workout and you will have a 6 pack all year round, that's not physically possible even with roids.
Agree with what you're saying, when getting ultra low bodyfat and looking top notch for a fitness magazine photo shoot or stepping on a bodybuilding stage - yes, its a small window, what with watching salt, stripping water etc, so you'r BF% is around 5 or 6 but it is certainly possible to have a 6 pack or very near to one all year around as a natty if you train and eat well consistently - slightly higher single digit BF. If you do the whole 'off season'/winter bulk or increase cals too much you would lose it, but its certainly possible, depending how much you want it.

Don;t get my wrong the chaps in good shape in the pics above, but none of them look like 'for a few days a year' condition... assuming they continue to use roids which is clearly assisting them above.

You are supposed to blast and cruise,
That's not coming off. Blasting and cruising is when you use amounts that put you in supraphysiological range for 12-20 weeks, then don't completely come off, but keep using amounts that put you in higher end physiological ranges. Then starting another blast to put back in supraphysiological testosterone ranges. You are always administering exogenous test. Keeping your own test production shut down until you stop with exogenous test administration and go through the process to start up your HPTA. Assuming you haven't blasted and cruised for so long that it's still possible to do..

Cycling is when you come off. You administer exogenous test to raise testosterone levels to supraphysiological range for 12-20 weeks. Then stopping the exogenous administration for a month then starting Post Cycle Therapy to restart your HPTA. You stay off for the amount of time that you were administering the exogenous test.

It was a study based on a woman’s sexual reaction when shown a picture of a muscular man. It was Not a survey. So they couldn’t lie. In the study, the women were hooked up to a machine that tested levels of sexual reaction, so the results were accurate.

I didn't want to get too technical but you are correct. It's not healthy to just constantly blast on this stuff and in my honest opinion unless someone is a professional athlete there is no reason to mess around with your endocrine system like that.

Then show her a picture of an attractive fit guy. Did this study your standard ugly face monster or did they give someone who is actually attractive looking that also has muscles?

You can't keep physiques like the ones on the right all year round, what most people don't realise it is it takes months of strict diet and prep just to look like that for a couple of days.

You basically have to get a perfect night sleep everytime,Almost no fat and all protein for months and reduce your water intake to look less bloated.

The only time your muscles are really visible is straight after you did the workout and have the right lighting conditions. Chris Evans was constantly lifting weights after each scene just to keep his physique for that one shirtless scene in captain America.
I'm not gonna show you shirtless pics of me but I've looked like that for the past 3-4 years. Before that I was just as lean but had less muscle on me. Still have had visible abs all my life. I have a pretty strict diet/sleep compared to most though, no alcohol basically ever, etc. But it's just a habit of mine so I don't feel like I'm losing out on anything.

I think they did photos of 100 random men, who did not know what they were being surveyed for. The (random) women who did the survey also did not know what they were being surveyed for until after they signed up (and yes, they were all straight)
