Bottom line on this one is that you're looking for a relationship not just a sexual partner so that being the case, you need to eject now that you've discovered it. End of story.
Whether or not you let her BF know is a moral dilemma and a very personal choice, but me personally, I wouldn't say anything to him. I have such a pessimistic view of LTRs that I know my telling a guy about her isn't going to make even a dent in the wake she is going to leave behind her over the course of her lifetime, and I like to do my best to stay out of drama. There is a pretty good chance that her BF is blue pilled and probably a great guy, but you can't help the fact that he doesn't understand women and relationships and you can't fix that for him.
