Backround story. Me and my colleagues are regular guests in one cafe. We go there almost every day after work. A barista that work there is really cute girl, solid 7 without makeup and 8.5 -9 with makeup. We are friendly with her but non of us did ever hit on her ( dont sh.t where you eat principle, plus we are good friends with an owner ). Anyway, she has guys hiting on her left and right, and during last few monhts we saw few of them ( 4 guys to be exact ) come to caffe alone and sit by the bar talking to her for waaaay to long ( me and my friedns spend there 1.5 hours and dude at the bar is still there talking to barista when we are ready to leave.
And this scenario is repeating thruout a few weeks. If you asked me and my friends very needy and try- hard behaviour. BUT yesterday we found out ( through owner, who tells us that she is a bit on promiscuous side ) that she hooked up with two of those guys, so we had a debate what is the best strategy to have sex with theese type of girls ( girls , who due to nature of their job, is surrounded by guys all the time )? I think that being some cool man of few words guy will get you nowhere ( regarding just sex ) with these types of girls due to sheer quantity of guys hitting her up everyday. What's your thoughts?

I have had my best results being outgoing with bartenders and waitresses.... I think they find the quiet fur that sits there for an hour or more somewhat off putting.

Yes, random chance. Hit on women while they aren't at work. Whatever profession they are is whatever profession they are.

I mean....if it is the only cafe close to you and you always go there then who cares? There are women everywhere. I would prefer to just drink my coffee in peace than have to make boring small talk with the same silly bimbo every day im in there while hoping she will sleep with me. Don't **** where you eat is a good principle. Find em elsewhere than your regular spots imo. Girls who work in coffee shops, bars and other food/drink industry service jobs tend to be very low quality anyways and on the really dumb side in general.

No, she is not the target for any of us, but in general with these girls if you behave lets say "normally", your chances to bed her diminsh. For example, my job and my colleagues job ( lawyers ) doesen't give us time to spend every day with some waitress or barista or p.r. trying to flirt and seduce her to bed, even if i had spare time i woudnt spend it that way. So my conclusion is ( maybe i am wrong here ), but even if she find you attractive, if you are not on her radar if not everyday than at least 3-4 times per week, you will be tossed aside due the number of guys hitting on her daily.

playing devils advocate, aren't women like this more likely to be better for relationships, raising family in some ways, compared to career ochasing women? more likely to be happy to give up work and stay at home to raise family - something that is generally pushed on here?

obviously will be trash working these jobs too of course, particularly dangerous if prone to be open to advances that innevitably will come from dealing with thousands for customers over time. same as any roles. ups and downs to both of course, but doubt someone who works in these industries will have same ambiti,on to get back to work asap compared to someone with a degree climbing corp ladder or lawyers, accountants etc
