Rookie. Why would you allow your wife to incur debt for a degree she doesn’t plan on using? Why marry a woman with five or six figure debt and no hope of paying it back?
Imagine being on the hook for your ex-wife's tuition knowing full well that she's now banging the son of a senior partner at a prestigious law firm? Brutal.
Not only did she get a free ride through law school, but she now as a pathway to a lucrative career via the son of the senior partner.
This is a classic example of women sleeping their way to the top, but men are too naive to see things for what they are.

Depends on the state actually. I believe New York the license could be considered marital property considering husband put her through law school. I don’t practice there so I’m not sure. The state I am in this wouldn’t be the case and husband would be fu*ked.

Men really need to do a better job of screening out women. You can not blame women for this... they can not help it. They are emotional creatures and she is biologically, through hundreds of thousands of year of evolution to feel emotional 'love' for any man that can meet her needs. It is how they survive.... so you can not beat up chicks for this... it is how they are designed.
When a chick is 'using you' she can not differentiate her feelings for you. She really thinks she loves you... REALLY. But it is in the moment. When a chick says "I don't love you anymore.", she really does mean that... men can never really understand it, because love for us is VERY different.
So... how do you do this... how do you screen out chicks that only 'love' you in the moment. It's simple... you have to be selfish and demand reciprocity. One common denominator with chicks that are just meeting her temporary need is that they are not willing to work for you, other than maybe giving you sex. A chick that is just using you WILL NOT reciprocate... it is that simple.
Divorce and breakups during this pandemic is on the rise... why? Because chicks were with dudes that are no longer meeting her needs... and they are attaching themselves to dudes that can... and when this pandemic ends guess what.... those guys will be out.

I respectfully disagree. This level of cynical behavior isn't just an "oopsie". Women are NOT completely devoid of willpower, empathy and control. You're giving women a free pass here, one they do not deserve. This particular woman should definitely be held accountable.
Yes, the guy could definitely have saved himself a lot of trouble if he had been less naive, but the woman is the one guilty of wrongdoing. Just because someone is naive doesn't mean it's right to take advantage of that. What you're indirectly saying is that women are well within their rights to abuse the fvck out of men, because they can't help themselves?! This is absolutely unacceptable.

Well... you have two choices... you can stand in the rain and shake your fist at the sky angry that you are getting rained on... or you can use and umbrella.
Don't get me wrong, I think our family courts are steaming piles of cr@p, but as long as women outnumber men, our laws are not going to change. There is nothing a single man can do to change this, men's rights activists, while I agree with much of what they say, are ultimately wasting their time. You will not be able to snap your fingers and make women act like men.
