Is it me or are most men in their 30s and 40s overweight?

What's the best way to raise my T levels? I'm very feminine and walk like a little sway in my hips and love shoes

but you can definitely get super ripped mid 30s - early 40s and maintain it all the way through to 50s.
Definitely.
Just based on experience and hanging out with other 40's people, it's fairly easy to be at your prime up until 40.
Depending on your genetics and other factors, guys will hit a soft wall anywhere from 40-50. Around 45yo seems to be a good avg to hit a soft wall at. Hard wall will come around 50. Just keep that in mind.

With that said at 49, I look physique wise the same or better than when I was early to mid 30's. I have a few grey strands that just started coming in last year. My hair started thinning up top since I was early thirties but hasn't gotten worse this whole time and most don't even notice it due to my style of hair cut.

Other than that, I'm a bit more fragile, get injured more easily, actually get sore from time to time, etc. Stuff that aging forces on you that you can't really do too much about.

As for advice, I'd say use your 30's be be in your best shape workout/nutrition wise, avoid stressful situations/people/work, stay off alcohol and you will be rewarded by the time you reach 40. From 40 on, concentrate more on maintaining what you have rather than gaining anything extra(physique wise).

I would say 80%+ of men in the west do not have the discipline and willpower to exercise routinely and eat cleanly. I'm continually surprised at grown men who don't eat vegetables and fruits simply because they don't like them, like a fvcking 5 year old. Sloppy living begins to show at 30 and beyond.

Other unhealthy habits, like drinking, become more routine. Weekend drinking bleeds into weekly happy hours, then bi-weekly happy hours, which bleeds into a beer after work Monday-Wednesday, which becomes a few beers, etc.

The unfortunate "athleisure" fashion trend of our millennial cohort, solidified by Covid, has been growing in recent years. You won't catch me dead wearing sweatpants except in my apartment after work or on my way to the gym. However, it can be appealing to women since it signifies that you're athletic and in-shape. Of course, provided you are actually athletic and in-shape.

You don't even have to be in-shape. Nike is trying to change the image of what is in shape so they can sell more goods.

Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.

Its true that most adult men are fat. Lots more attractive 30-50 year old women than men. Makes it much easier for the ones who do stay in shape however.

The stuggles I have had with weight in my 20s and early 30s were all related to stress, most of which were related to poor choices in women and jobs. I found that when women and jobs beat up on me, I slipped on fitness and taking care of myself and other important things.

You could also argue that this is intended to make overweight women less self-conscious about working out. I would cop a tits-out bl0wjob from the chick on the right, but she lost that weight, she'd be pretty hot.

"Gymtimidation" (Planet Fitness lingo) is actually a real thing. A lot of fat women are too self-conscious to go to the gym. Thing is, they're also usually too lazy and unmotivated to work out at home too.

Truer words couldn't be spoken here, when I was out of a relationship I dropped 100lbs. While in one I gained 5lbs and then after the breakup dropped 35lbs more. Women are gains killers in that they hate you focused on something other then themselves. They will complain you put on weight but be mad when you spend too much time at the GYM.

Don't always be the one putting yourself out for her. Don't always be the one putting all the effort and work into the relationship. Let her, and expect her, to treat you as well as you treat her, and to improve the quality of your life.

Being 10 - 15 LBS overweight isn't a big deal. Especially with the hell that's been going on. However, 25 LBS + that could be an issue. However, I do not generally look at dudes and what they are wearing. When not working, I usually wear a henley with jeans because it comfortable. I really do not care what other people think.

I usually notice if a guy is very poorly dressed for the setting or occasion. I'm old-school and I believe dressing appropriately is a show of respect, and dressing inappropriately is disrespectful.

Poor fitting clothes (baggy jeans, dirty out-of-style sneakers, boxy t-shirts with childish graphics or logos etc) lower your status. I think a lot of guys want to simply brush it off and dress purely for comfort -- but unless you're very good-looking or in very good shape, dressing poorly knocks your SMV down a few notches -- and it's very preventable.
